Vacation rentals with beach access in Marco Island

Just gotta include the only downer is the rehab noise & dust (outside only) otherwise we were very impressed & comfortable, much better than any hotel. Sarah really takes good care of the place and provides everything including thoughtful little things like extra batteries or wine bottle opener, gallon of water in fridge, spices, scissors etc. Clean comfortable beds, clean modern tile baths. The apartment is open and roomy with 10 ft ceilings & lots of TV options like Netflix etc. Best part is the Publix grocery next door and across the parking lot is a cool, bay front bar with casual food and there is fine dining above, where we dined all 7 nights straight. Beautiful large beach just across street. It's the kind of place you know is cared for and you want to leave it better than you found it for the next beach bums. Thank you Sarah!

John’s place was exactly as described. My only regret is that I couldn’t stay longer! It’s just a short walk to the beach, which is absolutely stunning. Despite the nearby tourist attractions and amenities, the area remains surprisingly peaceful. I’d definitely return for another stay. Thanks for a wonderful few days!

This space was so thoughtfully designed and furnished, I immediately felt right at home. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and we used the grill and outdoor space every night! Daniel is a responsive and considerate host and went above and beyond to accommodate for us during our stay. I would definitely book this space again for a return visit.

Love this place! location is awesome! Separate private entrance, lots of extras for beach fun and many walkable options for restaurants, shopping and beach! Very clean and decorated beautifully, great kitchen to cook in and spacious shower! Lots of nice amenities, and the partial bay view and relaxing on the beautiful deck was a nice surprise too!

Veronica was a responsive, gracious, and considerate host. Our experience here was wonderful and we would love to return if deciding to head back to Ft. Myers beach!

My husband and I had the privilege of staying in Patrick and Marti’s Airbnb. It is hard to describe how amazing this Airbnb was. Patrick and Marti went out of their way to communicate and make us feel at home from the very first day. The unit was extremely neat and clean, had an awesome walk in shower, very comfortable king and queen beds, and a nice refreshing swimming pool. In addition there was not anything we needed that was not supplied in the unit down to the special makeup remover cloths. 😍😍The apartment was well located, only 5 minutes from the beach and several wonderful restaurants. Patrick and Marti were the best hosts and both are very caring individuals. If you are looking for a quiet and serene beach vacation in the Naples area, this is the perfect choice. We hope to visit again in the future.

Spacious, classy, newly renovated home! They had every single thing a vacationer would need. Boogie boards, laundry soap, pool towels, cozy couch, and host was excellent with communication. I would HIGHLY recommend booking here! You won’t be disappointed 🌊🌴☀️

I have stayed at some Airbnb accommodations in the past but have never written a review. However, I felt compelled to share my experience this time because it was truly wonderful. Neno was very responsive to my questions and concerns. The Airbnb was exceptionally clean, and the thoughtful touches, such as a few drinks in the refrigerator, made it feel more like home. I highly recommend staying at Neno's place, and I will definitely return. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

David and Elena’s house has everything you could ever need for a perfect beach vacation. They’ve seriously thought of everything, for kids and adults. House was clean and spacious with the perfect set up for two families. The pool area was wonderful. The location was about as close to the beach as you can get without being on Collier Blvd, about a 5-7 min walk. We got a lot of rain and wind during our stay due to Hurricane Debbie, but we were able to make the most of it. David offered us to stay for two more nights, free of charge, due to the storm. We were able to stay much longer, but the offer was very very appreciated. We highly recommend David and Elena’s place for your next Marco Island vacation.

Fantastic stay and unique property with great hosts!

While the area is still recovering from the hurricanes, you can’t beat the view and areas. Plenty to do in close proximity. An easy ride over to Sanibel/Captiva. The condo provided a wonderful place to relax, the beach was not busy and the pool is spacious and clean. The only issue was the hall bathroom for bedrooms two and three was left dirty. There was hair in the shower drain as well as on the shower wall. The sink and toilet were also both dirty. We cleaned the bathroom and moved on with the week; did not stop us from enjoying our time.

Even with it being under construction our room was clean and put together. We had a little trouble locating it but I called and the host answered quickly and was very helpful. I was so surprised by all the things provided in the room such as beach chairs, beach towels, floaties, air mattress, extra blankets. Honestly the construction was kind of a plus for us because it felt like we had the whole resort to ourselves lol. The locals were so helpful we ran into with things to do and places to go. Very easy access to the beach as well!

This trip was a last minute plan and well needed. Everything that Dennis posted about his home was exact and perfect. The minute you walk in the door you feel like you are at home. The home is in the perfect location to all of your needs. Should you be interested in the beach and shelling it is perfect. The Lanai is perfect to relax, share a meal and a few steps from the heated pool. Dennis was easily reached and went the extra mile to meet all of our needs. Dennis you are a perfect host and Thank You for sharing your home.

The condo was perfect for hubby and I. The beach supplies provided were a huge win for us! And the beach access location was fantastic! The place was clean and beautiful. We will definitely come back!!

Loved this place. It was my second time staying and I plan on going back next year. Gerrit is responsive. He offered early check in. The views are great. We enjoyed the beach, pool, and pickleball courts.

A very nice condominium on a very expansive beach. Many amenities are within walking distance.

We had a great time staying at Pamela condo. The place was super clean, organized and had everything you need from beach amenities to kitchen and towels etc! Pamela was very responsive and navigating how to check in was also easy. The beach was walkable distance, however if you are traveling with a toddler (less than 2) it can become quite the walk back and forth especially if you have to get back for naps. We had a 15 month old and to avoid the 10 min walk, we drove to south beach. However, Tiggertail beach was beautiful and had amazing sunsets. Overall I highly recommend this place!

We were very lucky in finding Koury’s condo after we had to cancel the booking of another condo hosted by Marco Island Vacation Properties who previous to occupancy demanded we sign an agreement with clauses which indicated different economical and financial conditions than the ones closed at booking and others which we considered abusive disrupting our peace of mind. Once we could get off that stressful and unpleasant situation, we found Koury’s condo to be a real jewel with a great view and location. And not only Koury did not demand any additional agreement but she greatly facilitated our entrance to the condo and was most responsive throughout our stay attending to every possible detail to make us feel comfortable. After our vacation in Marco Island we can definitely affirm: 1) Koury has been one of the best hosts we ever had in years of renting through Airbnb and 2) if coming back to this area we will stay far away from any property hosted by Marco Island Vacations Properties.
