Monthly Rentals in Maple Bay

The place was amazing! Silent, beautiful… the best place for the vacation. What was not good - transportation to get the apartment. There is less bus in weekend and not east to move especially in weekend. But if you want you rest in silent place, we highly recommend Kathy’s place!!

Absolutely wonderful!!!!! We got a little sick and were unable to go adventuring as planned, so we especially appreciated the giant windows overlooking the bay: it was the perfect place to rest and recover with an incredible view of the water by day and the stars by night.

Great stay. Remote for fireplace was lost so had to use buttons on fireplace. Did msg Mich and he offered to come look but said we’d be fine using the buttons instead. Know it’s winter time and some wouldn’t think to keep BBQ clean but planned hamburgers on 1st night and when I opened BBQ knew that wasn’t happening. To be honest we didn’t reach out to Mich cause at that point we were hungry and not much he could do. As others have said can be slippery to and at hot tub and I understand that Mich has done some improvements in our wet weather to help. An idea might be to put non slip mats by the hot tub itself as that is where we both slipped. We were cautious but it still was a hazard. Mich was very responsive to us and whenever we msged him he was quick to respond. The only drawback for us physically (and this is something that can’t be changed) is the stairs to the upper bedroom. They are steep and small and our dog was afraid to use them. We had to coax her. Otherwise excellent stay.

We stayed at Debra and Philips for our daughter’s wedding at Birds Eye Cove. It was such a lovely spot and it had everything we needed
