Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Manteo

Robyn’s place was amazing for a beach vacation with my family. I loved the house and neighborhood. The beach is about a 10 minute drive down the road which was great. I suggest getting to the beach early because the public beach access area is limited in parking. Other than that, I highly recommend staying here!

Michael was an excellent host. The place was exactly as described. It has a beautiful fenced yard where our dogs were able to run when we were home. Very short walk to a clean, gorgeous beach. The house is comfortable and has all of the amenities we needed for our stay. The restaurant across the street had great food and cocktails, and we were only a short drive to anything in Duck or Corolla. I also cannot thank Michael enough for his communicativeness and understanding when we made a scheduling snafu. Truly an MVP. We would love to stay here again in the future and highly recommend Lowood Cottage.

Scout's Harbor accommodated our large group very well. Plenty of space for sleeping, hanging out, and cooking. Views of the sound were beautiful. We had a great stay and appreciated Gia's responsiveness.

Overall, this was a great vacation spot. Hosts were great! House was great! We had a small inconvenience with three people coming the first day to service different parts of the house, but once addressed the host’s accommodated our requests well. Location is nice!

Great week stay!! Had some issues with the internet not working when we first arrived but Amanda was very responsive and called Spectrum to get it fixed the next day for us. Listing was as described. Lots of bugs and flies outside but to be expected since it was in the listing. Saw a few bears in the area and wildlife! Nice and secluded - about a 25 min drive into Nags head, not bad. Was able to utilize the grill which was nice to have a cookout with the family! Overall nice stay for the price and had a great vacay with the family

We had a great time as our first time in the Outer Banks. The house and community was great as well as the customer service Richard provided. Great stay!

This was our second time staying at this house. Great house overall- location can’t be beat. Easy 2 minute walk to the beach. Beds are comfortable, plenty of space for our group. AC works great. The house was very comfortable again. Kitchen had mostly everything we needed. Host was responsive throughout. Hoping to return next year!

this has been by far our favorite beach vacation. convenient location to some amazing restaurants, shops and activities. it was a easy walk to the beach. The heated pool was a nice addition. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend. one suggestion we do have is have more chairs out on the upper front and back decks. we had to move the chairs back and forth as in the morning we sat in the front and evenings sat in the back. otherwise everything was perfect!

We enjoyed our stay here. The house is organized and so clean. I love the little things that the host have for the guests like sound machines and boardgames which is very thoughtful. They also very responsive and friendly whenever we reach out to them.

Great location near the beach and some fantastic restaurants! Check in was easy and the host responded quickly to all questions ! We hope to return in the future!

We had such a great visit staying with Kristy! It was like staying with a family friend- she was so flexible with our late check-in, she was welcoming and accommodating. She had great recommendations for places to check out and even offered us beach extras like umbrellas, blankets, surfboards, and more. She made us feel right at home from the minute we arrived! The place is exactly as described. Even though it’s attached to her home, the apartment is completely separate with its own entrance. You get a full size fridge, basic kitchen amenities, a comfy bed and even an extra trundle bed which is new! It was less than a 3 min drive to the beach which was so convenient, and surrounded by fun shops, restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. We would definitely return!

We loved our stay at James’ condo. The location is away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to get to everything within minutes. The condo itself is directly across from the pool, which was perfect for us. Our kids loved walking around the marina and watching all the boats. The condo is updated, very clean, and had everything we needed. James was very responsive with any questions we had. We can’t wait to go back!

The Recovery Room was a perfect getaway for two people. Very clean and well kept private space below a house. Just a short walk to the beach wish a crosswalk to cross 158 just a few blocks down the road. Gia extremely helpful with recommendations and provided all the necessary information for a safe relaxing trip to the Outer Banks

We enjoyed our stay. The location is very convenient. Peaceful, few minutes drive from beautiful beaches. Very clean apartment with comfortable mattress. Equipped with anything you need. My husband and me had "aperitivo" every evening on the balcony watching the water and the sunset.
