Very clean apartment and corresponds perfectly to the ad, next to the airport (5 minutes on foot) and the metro station to go to Valencia in 20 minutes …I recommend 100% The sofa-bed is very comfortable

Fran is a great host, everything went smoothly with check in, and the place is as described.

Stayed two months and had a wonderful stay. Alain was very thorough with check-in and the room was just as described. The neighborhood is clean with buses and metro within a 5 minute walk. Taking a taxi into Valencia will run 25.00 euro via taxi, a metro suma card for 10 rides into Valencia will cost 10.00 euro. The Mercadona is a 5 minute walk and has lots of great produce and proteins. Be mindful they are closed on Sundays. We recommend a stay here and we look forward to returning for another adventure next year.
