Pretty good place for what you pay. Location is nice, the apartment is good, room service is great and the owner and manager Raju are both very helpful.

It's a very nice Airbnb . Location is close to everything. it's a set of 2 bedroom apartments. Apartments has everything you need for comfortable stay . property is nice and clean. property also has a nice pool with some balls for you to play in it. 24 hour reception desk was really helpful to check-in check-out at odd times. people at desk are very helpful in booking taxi rides and overall helping you. Host also was very helpful to provide whatever information we need. Appreciate all the help.

I had an incredible stay at Sua Casa in Goa! The host truly lived up to the Indian saying: “Athidi Devo Bhava”. I stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed every moment. Candolim Beach is just 20min walk away. Many restaurants nearby,Swiggy,Zomato operate in this area,making it super convenient. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, with stunning landscapes that make waking up to the sound of birds singing a magical experience. Sunrise and sunset views are amazing from the balcony. TV,WiFi,AC,fridge,washing machine were in perfect working condition. The cleaning staff did a fantastic job every day. The host was prompt,responsive,generous,extended our checkout time for a fair price,which made our return journey very convenient. When the RO suddenly broke,the host immediately arranged for Bisleri cans for our entire stay with some snacks for my kids. This stay was very much worth it for all the value it offers, making for a memorable vacation. Highly recommend!

The apartment is good. Worth your money. The location is quite convenient, 3 minutes to the super market, 10 minutes to the beach. There were some temporary problems with the cold water supply, but it was not dependent on the host, something at the level of the building management company. The host has put in a lot of effort to solve these problems. He also helped solve any problems, even the chargeback issue at a nearby supermarket.

Location is really good for a longer stay because everything is a stones throw away....groceries, places to eat, pharmacies etc.

Awasome place to stay, especially if u are in search of cheap and best. Bit away from main road but they do provide free transportation Over all it was good experience.

The stay was very comfortable and the host was very friendly. The rooms were clean and all the amenities were convenient including the AC and wifi. The location is beautiful and calm.

Amazing place to spend a quite time away from the crowds in Goa. You can walk down to beach in about 5 minutes from the property which was the best part. Property looks exactly like the pictures and has all the listed amenities. Will definitely be back for a longer stay next time.

This was my first attempt thru airbnb. Sylvia n Savio are the perfect hosts..the apartment was decirated with a personal touch n my fam.felt so content with clean kichen,drawing with all wht u need, goid wifi, walls decirated with quotes in all rooms...makes u feel so positive,happy n peaceful. There was absolutely nothing one would feel the need of...clean linen n cleaner rooms..the ambience of the compkex with pool was amazing...felt like staying in own villa close to the sea. Sylvia was akways available to help in a new place n the painting of her family in the balcony with the quote by Lord Jesus is a testimony to hiw she loves the property...i m sure anyone who comes would never forget this place. I will certaily recommend sensitive tourists to stay here.....i would love to come again n sray fr 4 to 5 days n roam around in the streets of old goa n the surreal beaches. We are very happy to have chosen this property. All the best n my good wishes to Svia Savio n the blessed Faith.

Had a good stay at Shaeen's place. She was very responsive. The apartments are really clean and the view from one of them was very nice. The location is also nice and peaceful. The wifi in one apartment wasn't working. Phone networks aren't available inside the bedrooms.

Elvina was a great host and the apartment was pretty decent for the price. Although some work can be done in the cleanliness. I would still give it overall 5/5

I really wanted to compliment about the place. It’s sorted, matches the description, with all the said amenities in right order. Dwayne was as well proactive with the needful. Area is calm and has a pool. What we really liked is that the house was spacious and bedroom had an access to a balcony. Overall, stress free stay. Highly recommended.

My husband and I had a wonderful week at Jose's place! The flat is perfectly situated just a short 5-7 minute walk from Colva Beach, right next to Courtyard by Marriott, in a secure society. The main Colva market is an easy 10-15 minute walk or a quick 5-minute drive. We had everything we needed within walking distance, including grocery and wine stores and some of Colva's top restaurants. The self check-in process was smooth and effortless. Jose gave us a thorough rundown of the house over the phone, making us feel right at home. The rooms, bathroom, and wardrobes were spotless, and the strong Wi-Fi was a huge plus as we had to work on some days. The house had all the amenities listed on the website, and the society boasts a functioning swimming pool and gym. Jose was always available for any small requests. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Jose's place to couples looking for a peaceful retreat that's still close to all the action.

The stay was great. All the things were kept in mind considering a long stay. Appliances available: smart tv, oven, fridge, washing machine, RO water purifier, hot plate, electric kettle, modular kitchen. The furniture and fittings were also hi-end. This made the stay very comfortable. Will definitely visit again!

Sunaina was in touch with clear instructions and directions even before we reached Goa. She even offered to have a cab pick us up, though we finally didn't need to avail of the offer. We were met by her manager, who politely and helpfully made us feel at home. There were toiletries for our use. Also, Sunaina had stocked up on snacks like chips and choco pies, and enough tea and coffee supplies. The room also got cleaned regularly. The apartment is a convenient walking distance from Calangute beach, and there are reasonably-priced restaurants around. Would definitely recommend the apartment! Thank you, Sunaina for making our stay so comfortable!

The perfect stay, Dax was a great host and communicated with us all the time. He constantly got anything we asked for. Provided us with plenty of free water. Its a big space with the 3 rooms and had hot water. The location was brilliant and really central but private enough to not be in the busy streets.

I had an amazing stay! The property was exactly as shown in the photos—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, allowing me to check in an hour earlier and check out an hour later without any hassle, which I truly appreciated. The location is fantastic, with great restaurants nearby and beaches just a short distance away, making it perfect for exploring. I searched extensively before booking, and I can confidently say you won’t find a stay of this quality at such a reasonable price. It was an exceptional experience overall. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Goa. Definitely deserves 5 stars!
