Vacation rentals with breakfast in Mandovi River

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! The check-in process was seamless, and everything was perfectly prepared to meet our requests. Being a large group, we were initially concerned about coordination, but the caretakers Gautam bhaiya, Das bhaiya and Shanu exceeded our expectations. They were always on their toes, ensuring we were comfortable and well taken care of at all times. It genuinely felt like a home away from home! The property itself is stunning, with a beautifully maintained pool that we thoroughly enjoyed. A major bonus is its fantastic location—just under 5 minutes from the beach. The food served was exceptional, and the fresh coconut water offered every morning was such a delightful touch. The Host was incredibly thoughtful and even suggested some amazing local spots for us to visit, which added to the overall experience. Despite being a large group with diverse preferences, everyone had only great things to say about the property and the service.

amazing stay felt like home.. the care taker Narayan is amazing and very good kind person he just treated us very kind and proivded everything wht we required on time .. he helped us with car rent and each and everything and even the cook cooked amazing food nd the place is amazing with pool and very clean flt like vintage home thank u so much for such good service... 5****👍

We stayed there for 5 days it was a wonder experience. The hosts were very helpful and provided great hospitality. The place had a very beautiful aesthetic. If you love nature you’ll love the place. 10/10 experience.

The villa was located in a quiet, secluded area, yet still within easy reach of Goa's famous Calangute and candolim beaches,restaurants, and pubs..We loved exploring the local markets, trying the delicious seafood, and enjoyed the Goa vibe A must mention on ur villa was about ur maid and cook services..They were extremely humble and made the dishes we wanted, delicious and room service was also really great We went as a group of friends and felt like we were living in our own home . We can't wait to return to Goa and stay at this incredible villa again

We had a great time and Sharvil was super responsive at all times. We in fact extended our stay from 4 days to a week! The place, the location, the neighborhood everything was just perfect and exactly what we needed since we were traveling with our dog. The whole house comes with all the amenities as listed and a fully equipped kitchen and utility. Since it’s in a gated community, it’s secluded, well maintained, organized, peaceful, private, and secure enough in a great neighborhood with great restaurants and places to explore close by. It’s a well done house and looks exactly like the pictures. Thank you for being a great host, Sharvil!

Exactly the kind of place we had in mind! The perfect destination to plan for a bachelors trip with friends, a couples getaway, or an ad hoc family trip where you’d expect a neat, classy and private space of your own.

Away from the hustle and bustle, nicely nested next to the stream on the rear side of the building. The spaces of the home is really large with living room both at ground and first floor (steps from the ground floor hall..duplex home). The pool is really good and well maintained easily accessible from the main hall. Nice sit out place on the rear with lawn. The property has parking for one car. Only hitch I noticed is to leave the key of the home with the caretaker and also the caretaker utilizing the kitchen for food preparation.

I had an amazing and cozy stay at this property! The highlight was definitely the access to the pool, which was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. The green, plush garden added a serene touch and was a wonderful space to unwind. The premises felt very secure, giving me complete peace of mind throughout my stay. Everything was just as described, and the host Cordinator Ms Shreya went out of their way to ensure a comfortable experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a tranquil getaway!

Had a very comfortable stay in the 2bhk on the property. The rooms were very spacious and clean. All amenities were working fine. There’s only one bathroom/toilet so that was the only challenge but manageable. We were allowed early check in which was really great. Healthy food options are a plenty at the cafe along with the company of 3 resident indies who are the cutest. The location is not walkable from main attractions in mandrem so scooty hire is advisable. Would definitely recommend for a peaceful getaway in Goa.

Sachin is a great host. Place is at the center with access to 5 beaches with reachabiality in 10 mints and plenty of good restaurants around. Lot of place for parking and ambient place with safe surrounding. Very helpful staff and host..😀🤩🙌🤗

Patricia and her husband both host the property, it’s a great location and everything is at walkable distance of 200-300 meters! She honoured every request starting from providing an extra bed, Patricia puts her best efforts to make the guests feel right at home, Kitchen was well set up with basic crockery, gas, microwave, fridge and it’s an amazing option for long stays in a budget!

Had a great time at Kim’s place. Great location, matched the description. Kim was really responsive and friendly. I would recommend this place if you’re looking for a stay in North Goa near Vagator. Plenty of food options nearby and the beach was just 5-10 mins ride away. Would love to stay again in the future. Thank you for being a great host.

Jatin is a great communicator. He promptly addressed all my requests. I wanted some additional appliances which Jatin promptly ordered for me. The place was always kept clean & linens changed everyday. His assistant manager Miss Geeta took care of all my immediate requests. I have booked my stay all the way till the first week of March 2024. This is the 2nd time I am renting this place & plan on doing so again. I strongly recommend renting apartments from Jatin.

Our stay was lovely and extremely comfortable. The house is very beautiful and it was a very different experience. Pedro was very very helpful through our stay! The staff are also very courteous! Overall, thanks for a wonderful and memorable time!

Our week-long stay at Estellina Homestay was great; it felt as if we were at home. Valerio uncle, Shefali, and their two househelps were available for any help. We had a lovely time and came back with a few plant cuttings from their extensive garden!

We were at Birdsong for 4 blissful days. The property is tucked away on a quiet lane and ticked off all the boxes. It is a restored old Portuguese mansion with a lot of character. Each of the rooms (we had taken 3 rooms for 8 people) were tastefully furnished, no 2 rooms were the same. Rooms are spacious and beds very comfortable. The property has a lovely, warm lounge/ family area where meals are also served. There is a cosy bar area that we used. For guests who like to read, there is an eclectic collection of books. A very decent size pool that we all enjoyed while the sun was briefly out. The property is surrounded by lush greenery and is close to beaches, restaurants and new airport. Staff at Birdsong really took good care of us. We ended up having two dinners at Birdsong itself, food was delicious and hospitality impeccable. Last but not the least, our hosts Tiya and Arjun, were very warm and responsive and allowed us an early check in and late check out. We will be back soon!

Lovely place, great location with the beach and shops just around the corner.

The property is just like Mani described in her listing. It’s super easy to find, and the blue door is always easy to spot. Staying with Mani and Zubin has been an absolute delight. They’re always there to chat when you need someone, and they also respect your need for some alone time. Zubin is an amazing cook! If you’re planning to stay with them, you have to try his Parsi cuisine. It’s incredible! The flavors are amazing. After eating so much outside, this is exactly what your tummy needs. Gray and Max are absolute cuties! They’re ready to lick you if you let them, but they are absolute darlings. I wish I could share their pictures here. I’m already missing them! I’ll be back soon!
