it's a button of bnb, very cute & silent. (atleast when I stayed. Constructions are happening all over India, pls check before you go to any place as thumb-rule). Bathrooms are sparkling clean. So is kitchen, with all new utensils & scrubs. Care taker & owners are friendly, responsive (even at 1 or 2 am. Can't thank enough to Shiva (or Shiba~?) for tea-bar satches at odd hours. The lane in which this place is, is also beautiful. Points to note (which the owners have made amoly clear in the brief introduction to the place) a) no airconditioner b) car can't come up till the gate of the airbnb c) the place is cute, but very small. One narrow path which has three four rooms lined up and that's it. (d) no view (at least from my window. (e) can give, "oh, that's it to this?" feeling to some. and yet, a great place if one is looking for very peaceful, artfully done, warm, clean place right in the middle of the city. PS: thanks for fresh washed blankets with fragrance of conditioner.

Wow Stunning Garden House with a loft, Vagator

We have been very lucky in booking Rashmi and Pradeep's fantastic properties. Originally the idea was to spend our first week in the Treehouse and the second week in the Garden House. Before we arrived Pradeep was in contact so we were confident everything would be perfect for our stay. The Treehouse immediately became a very soothing and relaxing home. We became really comfortable and loved the way it had been furnished and decorated. From the double doors to the antique floorboards, every element of the house in the canopy of the trees made it a very special space. We loved the swimming pool, and after mornings spent exploring the local area we returned for many relaxing afternoons sat in the shade or cooling off in the water. Pradeep was the perfect host and regularly kept in contact. As it was our honeymoon he very kindly offered for us to stay in the main Villa for our second week. This was totally unexpected and we took up the kind offer. Amazing experience

Exactly as described, cute cottage attached to the main house, just off the main tourist strip. The room and location are quiet despite the proximity. What I did not expect was the crazy hustle and bustle of the tourist area so if this is not what you want, then look for another area to stay in Goa. I only met Santosh. He was amazing, he helped me with several things and was very kind. I highly recommend the hosts and the accommodations if the area suits your needs.

The place was an absolute gem, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and is walking distance to a lot of good food and shops. Ankita was super helpful with providing local suggestions and was available via text or call throughout the stay. Would definitely recommend this place!

It’s a very calm and peaceful place yet close to all the amenities around. The beach is just one jump away from the house and one window away from the room😊 it’s the best place to be in peace and serenity. Had good 8 days of stay and continued couple of days extra. They have opened a surf school also within the property which is very much helpful for Watersport enthusiast. Ashwin is a good host and he gives good recommendations around the town and nearby places. Rest everything is within 100mts distance, and enjoy the waves crashing sound in the night along with the firefly dance.

Bharath was the kindest of hosts, met me the moment I arrived and was always on hand and helpful when I needed anything. He even installed new kitchen shelves and brought a new stove, juicer, kettle and pots and pans for my visit there. So I really had everything I needed during my stay. I really recommend this place, it's close to Arambol but just far enough out where there is much less crowd and disturbance and the back balcony offers a lovely view on to some open fields from where you can watch the monekies, peakcocks, cows and a whole host of other wild life straight from your room. Much appreciated the stay here. Thank you Bharat, till next time.

Rishi’s place is a beautiful, peaceful, well crafted home set in the lush Goan countryside. The beach and town are easily accessible by scooter, while the home itself is very tranquil with a full service cafe on-site. The staff are friendly and helpful, as is Rishi himself. The views from the room — overlooking the grass fields — were deeply soothing. I’d return without hesitation.

Our stay at Malcolm's was worth every penny. It was like an air bnb accommodation with breakfast included. The kitchen was well stocked, clean and all breakfast material was amply provided: eggs, butter, bread, jam, cheese, milk, tea, coffee, sugar, honey, water and that too in ample quantity. The place was clean and Malcolm was very happy to provide information on sightseeing, restaurants, beaches, places of interest. Check in and check out were quick and easy. So I would recommend Malcolm's place to anyone who would like to enjoy the sights and sounds of Goa, and yet return home to a peaceful and clean environment. But the best of all was the price. Thank you Malcolm for our wonderful stay.

Had to say we had the best time at this place. The interiors are just like what is shown in the image. The activa rentals are just nearby. All the basis amenities are available and the area is very peaceful and calm and surrounded with tress and greenery. One suggestion if you are pure vegetarian then in the cafe downstairs make sure to ask them which food contains egg. They are very supportive. 100% worth every single penny spent✨

We had the pleasure of visiting Rodrigues Villa in Margao and we enjoyed our stay. Dennis was a very responsive and friendly host who was always reachable by phone. I would have no qualms in recommending his place if you want a quiet house to stay in and you have a budget to stick to. I would definitely stay here in the future

To be honest it was one of the most comfortable stays we’ve had, me and my wife had gone for our honeymoon and the we had a very nice time! 😀 The room was clean and tidy, there is no confusion to reach the villa too! The location is easily available on maps. Semantha has been an amazing host and she ensured that we had a warm pleasant stay. She guided us for some good restaurants, famous places to visit and recommended a guy for renting out scooter. You made us feel like family and it was perfect! We can’t wait to come back soooooon!

Stay was good , Nancy was always responsive to my queries she helped us in rental accommodation for bike and taxies, helped us in picking up sightseeing places in Goa,. She is very clear about the rules if we follow that rules accordingly then the stay is super good. thank you Nancy for wonderful stay and being a wonderful host.
