Vacation rentals with beach access in Mandovi River

We loved the stay at Anupama’s place. It is walkable to many stores and restaurants and only 1km to benaulim beach. Pro: - Responsive and friendly host. She was kind to leave us fruits, cookies and Christmas cakes - Safe and neat gated society with pool - Good internet and functional kitchen with all basic amenities for a short stay - Attached terrace is great for morning tea and evening drinks Cons: - Second floor without elevator (though host helped us with luggage) - Car Parking is outside the gate though in front of building. Finding a spot could be tricky sometimes - Mattress is bouncy so not comfortable for good sleep - Felt highly overpriced at Christmas-New year rates

I would request the host to include the kitchen cleaning expense while they take the money for booking, as there is a board stating we need to clean the complete kitchen while going or vacating if not need to pay 500rs extra. I felt this is not how it should be. It is something like you stay at hotel and ask customer to clean the room and keep how it was before they arrive. When you are providing the service make sure you are responsible for cleaning and maintenance of the same once guest vacates. Also their checkout time is 10am and it’s quite early to checkout at 10Am in the morning. It would be good if it’s 11am. Overall good place to stay.

This property is stunning and spacious, with all amenities working perfectly. The place was spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly supportive. The large pool was a highlight, offering plenty of space to relax and enjoy a peaceful retreat. If you're looking for a comfortable and serene getaway with a great pool, this property is ideal. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend it!

Such a beautiful apartment for such a price! It was even more beautiful in real than in the photos. If possible we would have stayed there itself for the rest of our days in goa as it was one of the most comfortable, equipped and cozy stay. So happy with our experience.

We had a great time at the property. It was exactly as it was shown in the pictures and very well maintained. The area around the property was also just like we imagined. We had the best time there. The check-in was very hassle free. Even the location was very easy to find. Overall, would definitely recommend staying here as it is actually worth it!!

This was an amazing stay, it gives you a lovely vibe that would make you feel just at home. The stay has enough fresh air flowing in and the outdoor space has great sitting areas. We enjoyed a lot of time playing carrom outdoors. The host was responsive and specially the caretaker was a great being. Would definitely come back to this property whenever we get time.

Costa Montage was truly a home away from home! Everything was walking distance from here - the beach, restaurants, and market. Our accommodation was well provided for. Everything was very clean and the place is tastefully decorated. The community is peaceful and lovely too. We absolutely loved it!

Cezar’s place was just what we needed. Rustic and close to the sea. Jalak the caretaker was always around to help if needed. Cezar was a phone call away. We enjoyed our stay.

very clear instructions to reach the place. Place is very well located near the beach, access to beach takes a few minutes. Very quiet place,a lot of bird sounds. Caretakers Gautam and Shanu were great,great food they were preparing. We were a group of eight people preferred to dine in the bungalow rather than any fancy restaurant. The place is spacious. Out of four bedrooms, one is big with a extra mattress on flour, second is smaller but decent size,two small bedrooms are in a separate part adjacent. Bathrooms were clean with hot and cold water. stayed there for 12 days and really fealt comfortable.

We had a wonderful time staying at this charming villa. The location was absolutely perfect – just a short 150m walk to the beach! The villa itself was lovely, situated within a well-maintained housing complex with a pool and lush greenery. We especially enjoyed the balcony, where we could soak up the sunshine, admire the beautiful views of the surrounding greenery, and listen to the sounds of the birds. The villa was comfortable and well-equipped. We were also impressed by the convenience of the location. Newton Supermarket was just a stone's throw away, and there were numerous restaurants and a taxi stand nearby, making it easy to explore the area. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive to our needs. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Goa.

We were a group of four friends visiting Goa for the 2nd time. Staying at this house was a pleasure. Living in this property is like living with the nature. The home was cozy and clean. The hidden trek to the hill, located adjacent to the house from where the sea view is ultimate. Coming to the host, the best part of our trip is meeting Paras. Paras, is a very warm and gracious person and we were amazed to know about his skills and achievements. This is for Paras, "The Techno music you showed us is amazing and the last night of our stay where we chilled was memorable and you made our trip a complete one." Special thanks to Manish, our caretaker who made us comfortable with all the things we required for and for preparing the delicious lunch on our last day. Next time we don't have to worry to find a place as we got one forever as a second home for us in Goa. Thank you Paras, for hosting us and its a great stay and trip for us. Great Place to stay for group of 8-10 people have huge space and very positive vibe

We were 7 guests stayed in Sanjana’s property. The check in was smooth, the property felt very spacious when we first stepped in. Coffee tea machine was a big fascinating point. The property was very clean. I would definitely recommend this place if you plan to visit south goa. It is very nearby to colva beach, and we want to give a shoutout to the caretaker Suresh Ji, who was very helpful and kind in our entire period of stay. We also forgot some of our clothes in the property and went to north goa and still he was generous enough to say that you can come anytime in the night also to collect them and actually we reached there at around 1:30 am and was very responsive and handed over our clothes with a smile. So we want to thank Sanjana and Ravi and also suresh ji for giving this wonderful experience to all of us.

The place is good to stay and walkable distance from Curlies shack

Arrived early morning and greeted by host Shantanu. After a few hiccups which were very quickly rectified we settled in nicely. The apartment is in a very quiet area of Candolim but within comfortable walking distance of lovely beach and numerous restaurants. Communication with host was good and any issues were rectified immediately. Sadly we didn’t get to meet Tanya . Would have no hesitation in using apartment again. Would recommend. Added bonus there is a lift available.

We were extremely happy to have stayed at Rashmi’s place and would recommend it to anyone wants to be close to all the bars, restaurants and clubs in the area. Very clean and the caretaker was extremely friendly. Thank you

Alok's place was beautiful! It is in a quiet neighborhood but still well connected. The beach is less than 10 mins away. The place was stocked with everything we might need, and the caretaker was extremely helpful.

Right from the time I got in touch with the host through airbnb, there was perceptible warmth in communication. Madhwendra was always available and some times prompt in reaching out once a message was kept. We 4 friends were having a bachelors get together after 45 years and we could get everything we were looking for. The location is excellent - close to a quiet beach, small community and full privacy, clear SOP's every where, very efficient and warm care taker. Madhwendra can be reached out for any help - travel food, places to see, get service providers, value for money suggestions. All in all we 4 four had a rocking time and felt that we could have planned for couple of more days. I will recommend to all those who are looking for more on a pocket friendly budget and I will go there next time, I visit Goa. Thanks Madhwendra, and a big shout out for Soni - the amazing care taker, and Santosh our cab driver.

Our stay at Sundarya was absolutely delightful! Meenu is a phenomenal host – kind, considerate, and incredibly accommodating. She went above and beyond, adjusting our check-in and check-out times and providing a list of must-visit places in Goa. The location, within a beautiful and secure gated community, was perfect, complete with a stunning swimming pool. On top of that, the apartment was very well-maintained, and any unexpected issues were promptly taken care of. Angela, the caretaker, was a gem – warm, helpful, and always available for anything we needed. This location is perfect, close to beaches (walking distance), restaurants, and attractions. This is going to be my go-to Airbnb stay every time I come to Goa—there’s no place I’d rather be. Highly recommend staying here!

The place is beautiful; the rooms are clean and comfortable. It has all the amenities as mentioned and the kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils required to prepare a proper meal if one is so inclined. The apartment is part of a housing society with 24 x 7 security and a community swimming pool accessible to the guests. It is located at a walking distance from Colva Beach. The host, Abhishek, was very cooperative and helped us throughout our stay. He even went out of his way to get a cab for us at very inconvenient times. It's a great stay in all aspects, definitely recommended for anyone visiting South Goa.
