The place was perfect for what we needed, Ian was really helpful and the location is great for getting into the city.

Raza is the literal super host. He has been very responsive since I booked his apartment, communicating very well answering all my concerns. And he has been super helpful since we arrived, the elevator did not work when we came but since there was no man in our group, he came to help us with our luggages during check in. He suggested daytrips for us complete with all the travel instructions, places to eat, shop, etc. In all my experience in Airbnb, I would say he is the best host I have ever had. The apartment itself is just as advertised, clean, all facilities are great and working well. The location is really good, just across the bus stop that would take us direct to central Manchester where everything is, Tesco&Lidl are just 10 mins walk. Overall, Higly recommended !!

Beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. It might be called The Summerhouse but it was incredibly cosy in mid Winter. They had thought of everything you could need. Fantastic quality and value for money. Highly recommend.

Perfect little place, more than adequate and great location. Sue is lovely and friendly and her attention to detail in this accommodation is amazing. Yes it's small, but the description and photos are clear on how small it is. It was warm, cosy, quiet and very comfortable, and more than adequate for my needs. Sue offered milk and bread and even left biscuits! I only needed milk, and it was lovely to know this would be there as it saved me having to go to the shops. No complaints, thank you so much Sue for such a lovely stay. It was my first time booking and staying in an airbnb by myself, so i was a little nervous, but i needn't have been - it was perfect. Will definitely use again if I'm up that way!

Richard always responded promptly and was kind, thoughtful and flexible. The accommodation was well equipped and contained everything we needed. A lovey, big shower and comfortable beds made for a perfect stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The amenities were fantastic, and the accommodation itself was incredible. As an older traveler, I like to share a few details that others might find helpful when deciding on a place to stay. While this Airbnb worked perfectly for us, those with mobility challenges or heavy luggage should note there are several steps to navigate when accessing the property. Additionally, the location doesn’t have direct car access, so plan ahead if you’re ride-share service. Lastly, while we felt completely safe during our visit, the alley leading to the entrance is a bit dimly lit, which could feel intimidating for those unfamiliar with the vibrant Northern Quarter. Overall, we would not hesitate to recommend Matt & Steph’s place! Thanks for a great stay over Christmas.

Another fantastic stay at the Old Bank. Such a great location and the dedicated parking space is a massive help especially on arrival and departure. There’s so much to do in the local area and the property is so clean and well kitted out. Communication is first rate with Nic.

Lovely cosy apartment, extremely well stocked with tea bags, toiletries etc. Gill has thought of everything, theee were even glow strips on light switches so you can find them in the dark! She left us some milk and kefir too which was a nice touch. Location was perfect for us visiting family in the area, easy to find and with parking. Would also be good for a longer stay for someone travelling for work.

Great location for walking to nearby restaurants/shops. Right in the middle of everything, but quiet. Enjoyed our stay!

The apartment was really clean and spacious with a beautiful living room and all the amenities you’d require for a stay. Holly gave us all of the information we needed. We’d love to stay again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

We had a lovely stay, at Anne & Phil's. Anne was welcoming and warm, the place was exactly as described, the location was peaceful, but also within a minute walk to local pubs and co-op. During the days we went for lovely walks, to Uppermill and also visited the historic Fort. Will definitely return.

Great stay, lovely and quiet, a box of warmth all night long too. Had a great nights sleep. Just had to squint to see the TV listing 😃 but it’s understandable as the Tv is just about right for the set up. Couldn’t fault it. Great place and service

Me and my husband visited here for a one night stay. Such a Beautiful and stunning Location in a quiet village. Lovely clean and cosy Apartment with everything you need, very large comfortable bed with soft and warm bedding. A Very friendly and warm welcome and Exit from all the staff. Amazing pool and Sauna. Great onsite shop. It’s a Lovely short drive into Holmfirth which is where they filmed ‘Last of the summer wine’.

Jess was an extremely welcoming host, always responsive and helpful. The apartment was beautiful, clean and in an incredible location for being both calmer than the city centre, yet so close that’s it’s a short walk away. The spa was a lovely addition and easy to get to. Will most definitely keep this listing in mind when returning to Manchester throughout the year. Thank you Jess. :)
