Absolutely gorgeous apartment in the centre of Liverpool. Everything from booking to check out was very easy, with the team being in communication with me throughout. The apartment is in a great location, only a short walk to lots of restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and coffee shops. The apartment was very tidy and clean, with all amenities per the listing. Thank you so much to the team for everything, this was a wonderful stay!

Matches the description. Great place, walking distance to everything. The place has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Just hope you like seagulls, they can be loud when the windows are open.

I love staying here ! It is super well equipped with all the finer details for example a smart tv in each room which is so thoughtful and handy . Fully loaded with cutlery towels etc . Check in is seamless everytime and overall just my favourite space in Manchester . Thanks as always !

Nice place with great views towards the surrounding hills. Host was very helpful with checkin. 10 mins walk to the city centre and rail station.

Really easy to get in and out and in a great location with a tram station over the road, the space was perfect for the 4 of us and it had everything we needed. There was some left over food in a tub in the fridge that had started to mould though. Other than that no complaints x

Second stay in Kate's wonderful place in Stoney Middleton and it did not disappoint. So well appointed and equipped. The extras Kate leaves are a great touch and much appreciated. The kitchen and bathroom are both top notch and so well organised. Beds really comfy as are the sofas in the living room. Top notch place, fantastic value, wonderful surroundings and a very helpful and responsive host. 6 stars!

Check-in was super easy. The cottage was exactly (if not better) than described and spotless with everything prepared and ready to use including the hot tub. Lovely touches including, tea, coffee and some nibbles. Jim and Diane went beyond to sort horse grooming at the nearby stables for our daughters and always on hand if anything needed. A really peaceful place to spend a couple of days. Highly recommended and would definitely return!

Paula's place was accurately described, clean, and in a great central location. Paula was an attentive host in a professionally administered self catering accommodation in a Chester townhouse. My family had a great stay here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Stan and Elaine's cottage. The cottage itself is warm, comfortable, clean, and cosy, and is set within a lovely setting. There were many fantastic walks nearby for our springer spaniels, and Stan and Elaine provided a wealth of information about things for the humans to enjoy. There are farm shops and local markets with a terrific range of produce should you want to prepare meals in, but also excellent pubs and restaurants for a meal out. We really felt at home, and would highly recommend a stay.

Kim had decorated the house for christmas which made the stay in the farmhouse magical . The toys that were available for the children aged 1to 7 were also an added bonus . The garden was very secure for the dogs. Kim was very responsive to our questions both berfore and during our stay . We hope to return

I enjoyed my stay at DC’s place. He is a very responsive host and the caretaker is very friendly and helpful and me feel like home. The only disappointing part was the wifi but other than that I do recommend this place.

A great little place, small but perfectly equipped with everything you need, warm cosy space, very comfortable bed, great shower and excellent kitchen equipment especially in such a small space. Tony is fantastic, so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Location is fantastic, brilliant walks right on the doorstep, great facilities in Hadfield including pubs, takeaways etc. Highly recommended place to stay, thank you Tony. 🙏🏻

I stayed in this apartment in Dec’24 with my family, and it was really amazing place to live, the bus station is 1 minute walking distance, the train station is even shorter than one minute to get there, and the train can take you to the city center and Piccadilly gardens in a few minutes, Al-Etihad stadium is 20 minutes walking distance, so i can easily say that the location of the apartment is more than strategic. The team at Heim were more than helpful, they were taking extra mile in providing any assistance needed and, they provided me with a link that takes to amazing file that has all information needed (i.e. check-in, check-out, taking the trash out, restaurateurs and places to visit, with discounts from the heim) i wanna emphasize on the beauty and ease of this file, all the questions i had were answered in the “guest pass” file.
