We had a wonderful stay at the place of Sanjay & family! The apartmet looks just like the pictures and the family is really nice! They offered us breakfast which was really tasty. The location is also great, because you only need 10 minutes to get to the beach. About 15 mins away, there is the bus stop "Polhena" so you can easily get to Matara or other locations! There was one thing that was annoying. There are some street dogs in the street where you enter the place and these dogs were really aggressive so you need to take a stick and defend yourself when you cross them. These were the first dogs we met in Sri Lanka, that were aggressive. But besides that, the place is awesome!

This property is beautifully decorated and ideally located in the heart of Madiha, just a short walk from restaurants and the sea. We particularly enjoyed the unique open-roof shower—it was a nice experience. The kitchen is spotless, well-organized, and stocked with essential ingredients for cooking. The small yard is a lovely bonus. Overall, we highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Madiha.

This is a true paradise. We had unforgettable experience and hope to be back one day
