The bnb is placed perfectly near the city center and mostly all the happening places are near by.

The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable. There are separate air conditiors for each bedroom & the living room. Everything was pretty much the same as advertised in the photos provided. We felt very safe there because of the assigned parking lot and the 24/7 security. This apartment complex is located in a very convenient location. Just a five-minute walk to Makumbura Multimodal Transport Centre to access buses and train. Many restaurants and grocery stores in the walking distance. The views from the rooftop were beautiful. The host, Anuruddha was very helpful. He responded quickly to any concerns and questions we had during our stay. Overall, we had an enjoyable time staying at this apartment. My family and I stayed at Mithra's beautiful apartment in the heart of Colombo 7 to finish off our holiday, and what a wonderful and peaceful stay it was! The apartment is a peaceful haven in the hustle and bustle of the city. Colombo 7 is generally one of the nicest parts of Colombo with shops, restaurants, gardens, and clean streets. The apartment was as described, with two spacious rooms, a fully equipped kitchen and combined living area. I have a food hypersensitivity and it was crucial I had my own cooking area that was clean and well equipped. Mithra was so kind she left me new cleaning material to ensure I felt safe. She also went above and beyond in recommending places I could eat at. My family loved how clean and equipped the place was, how accessible yet peaceful location was. The place felt like home even for the few days we stayed. It may well become a regular for our trips to Colombo! Mithra was an amazing host, responded promptly, and always endeavoured to help!

The sunset view from balcony is amazing. The bathrooms and kitchen were a bit dirty, and the noise of trains in early morning were disturbing. Overall apartment is good (a bit old but well maintained) and had local shops and restaurants in 5-10 minute walk.

We had a pleasant stay at Buddhika's apartment in Borella, Sri Lanka. Buddhika was always available and responded promptly to any questions we had. The apartment was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for our two-week stay. Both bedrooms were fully air-conditioned and featured spacious, comfortable queen-sized (or larger) beds. The amenities matched the description on the Airbnb listing perfectly, with no surprises. Conveniently located, the apartment is just a short distance from Colombo's city center, major hotels, key government buildings, and other important landmarks. Having a car made it easy for us to get around, although Colombo traffic does mean even short trips can take some time. However, ride-sharing services like Uber and PickMe are readily available, even without a personal vehicle. Overall, we were delighted with our experience at Buddhika's apartment and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Colombo area in Sri Lanka

We stayed at this place for 4 nights, and the experience was great. There is plenty of space in the house with a rooftop perfect for a gathering with your family and friends. Clean spacious rooms and bathrooms. Smart tvs and high speed internet. Overall great place to spend your vacation. I don’t have any bad things to mention. The place was really homely. Secured Easy access . Well maintained and beautiful set up along with plants and lovely ornaments and a fountain near the living area. Quiet neighbourhood. Sumal ( the host ) is very attentive and always ensure that we are comfortable . And ofcourse friendly and helpful as well.

Janith's place was just what we needed for our last days of the trip. The accommodation is located a few minutes out of the city center and the surrounding is so peaceful and quite. The room itself was quaint and adequate. There were the required amenities provided in the kitchen, although we didn't have to use them as much.

Ryan was an exceptional host. Very warm and welcoming. He was also available for us anytime over call or evwn a message. Regarding the stay everything was taken care of as mentioned in the listing. The place is well maintained and organized. The location is at walkable distance from supermarkets like keels and cargills and also from public transport. All kitchen essentials were present for light cooking. Bathrooms had the necessary toileteries. The rooms were spacious. The washing machine was in good condition. Iron provided was good. No issues with internet, electricity and water as well. We stayed at the property for 9 nights and we always felt at home. Would definitely recommend this property to others. Suggestion would be to put a clock in the living area and bedrooms if possible.

This is the second time we come to stay here. It is not the same as it was two years ago, but now it has improved a lot. Many new things have been added. It is much appreciated. It’s a great apartment! We enjoyed our stay a lot. The reality is better than the pictures. Our highlight is the view from the master bedroom and the living room. Even though you’re close to a main connection road in busy Colombo downtown, it is quiet and comes with a view into a green garden, as it’s at the end of a side lane and on the second floor. The hosts were flexible with the check in and welcomed us personally, to explain and showing us around. We appreciated that you feel that someone used to live there. It comes with many amenities, and is nicely decorated with high quality wooden furniture. The kitchen has anything you potentially need to cook. The AC in the master bedroom was strong. The TV and the WiFi were working well. The two bathrooms are small but functional, clean and modern. They also offer parking on the property. Honestly, we can highly recommend the place and we will definitely be back! Thanks for having us! :)

Chathura was very responsive from the beginning. He accepted almost immediately which was ideal as I was trying to find accommodation for my parents last minute who were on holiday. The apartment was neat and tidy, everything you need. I would recommend Chathura for anyone looking to stay in colombo.

Where to start, what a great host, cozy place, felt serenity and place like more than home. Since i booked n approached her, she was very responsive , allowed early check in. She has decorated each n every item in the apartment with special attention and theme. Right from main door till all rooms, beach theme pillows, wall decoration, special souvenirs from across the world, beach theme kitchen cabinets. The place is just few meters from beach, great views of the sun set and beach around and roof top pool of course is a main attraction.. I am thankful to her for being such a great host I would not even think to go anywhere else next time i am in Colombo .

Amazing communication from the host who messaged me from before check in, throughout, and even after, I was offered a welcome drink and advice throughout. The room is also not even 60 seconds from a beautiful beach where food, drinks, and an amazing sunset are available to watch. In summary, I will be using this bnb more and can not fault it !! I recently stayed at this apartment with a fantastic caretaker and an easily accessible location. The caretaker was incredibly attentive and made sure all of our needs were met throughout our stay.
