We had a pleasant enjoyable stay for almost a month at this clean spacious apartment. Ranjith was a very helpful host going above and beyond to assist us. He is very helpful and attentive. Unit was very clean and equipped with all the essentials needed to make our stay comfortable. building also has a generator which a huge benefit during power cuts. Residency has its own security guard which is great for safety and privacy. Very easy convenient check in and check out. Great place to stay!

The host was very nice, the location of the house was very convenient, and the pool underneath the hottest apartment in the city center worked well. The security is also very strict and safe!

I spent two days with my wife at Ranil's apartment. The house had all the amenities mentioned in the description. The location was extremely close to the railway station, bus station and some wonderful restaurants nearby. Ranil was always just a text away to help with any of our needs. We had a wonderful time here and we can't recommend this place enough. Thanks Ranil for being such a wonderful host!

Great location. I have stayed here before and loved it. That's why I chose this place for my second visit to Negombo.

I was in Colombo for work, followed by a vacation with my family. Romesh's place was perfect for my 2 weeks of work in Colombo. The apartment is centrally located close to several restaurants. Romesh and Janak were very responsive throughout my stay. Check in was very easy and Janak welcomed me and oriented me to the place. The apartment is very well maintained with AC in all the rooms, and a good WIFI connection. The kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge, microwave and all the implements for cooking and eating. The location is secure and I had no concerns about safety or security. Hotel Janki is close to the apartment and I had several meals there and use of the swimming pool for a small fee. When I am in Sri Lanka, I normally stay in my own house, which is currently rented out. Romesh's place was as good as staying at my own house. Thank you.

This is a beautiful property with clean modern and thoughtful interiors. The thoughtfulness extends to the communication as well. The host went above and beyond what is typically expected of them. We had a long night dealing with airlines in airports with delayed and missed flights, and Isuru was completely understanding of our situation and gave us a hasslefree experience of late check in and check out, which honestly saved our trip and restored faith in humanity for us. 10/10 would recommend, and would stay again.

Great play to stay and see the real sri-lanka. Velu & Charminder who look after the house and are on hand for pretty much anything are very friendly and helpful and were great for explaining how things work in Sri Lanka. Hosts gave clear instructions for me to get to the location without any hassle, also they were there to receive me even though I reached the place late night, really appreciate that. Overall the place is good with all the required facilities.

Osh's place is a lovely apartment with high quality furniture and fittings. His dad manages the place. He was really friendly and helpful giving us good advice. Always willing to help and nothing is too difficult for him I would recommend anybody coming to Colombo to stay at Osh's place.

We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful Airbnb on our wedding night, and it was absolutely perfect! The space was even bigger than we expected, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Ajith uncle's place is in the heart of the city. Very convenient to visit all the sightseeing places in Colombo. Very good indian pure vegetarian restaurant in the vicinity which was very convenient for us. He communicated all instructions in clear manner. The only drawback I saw was both the bathrooms were small in size which was little inconvenient for us and especially with kids and eldey we found it difficult. Other than that everything was good. The flat is in second floor and if you have heavy bags, please check with him for any help if required to Carry luggages to second floor.

I needed a place to stay the night before my place and wow this was seriously an amazing place. I would absolutely recommend booking here! looks exactly as in photos. really nice and spacious. bed was super comfortable and I honestly wish I had stayed longer.

Where to start, what a great host, cozy place, felt serenity and place like more than home. Since i booked n approached her, she was very responsive , allowed early check in. She has decorated each n every item in the apartment with special attention and theme. Right from main door till all rooms, beach theme pillows, wall decoration, special souvenirs from across the world, beach theme kitchen cabinets. The place is just few meters from beach, great views of the sun set and beach around and roof top pool of course is a main attraction.. I am thankful to her for being such a great host I would not even think to go anywhere else next time i am in Colombo .

Amazing communication from the host who messaged me from before check in, throughout, and even after, I was offered a welcome drink and advice throughout. The room is also not even 60 seconds from a beautiful beach where food, drinks, and an amazing sunset are available to watch. In summary, I will be using this bnb more and can not fault it !! Tamara was very helpful… the place is good and clean.. only one comment you need to know that you have to take your luggage up the stairs to reach your rooms.. one room in first floor and 2 rooms in second floor .. that’s it.. otherwise the place is good and clean and tamara was very helpful.. thanks for hosting us

Pubudu is a gem of a person. Although our stay at his home was only 3 nights, he was helpful for our entire holiday in Sri Lanka. He even provided extremely reasonable prices road travel.options within Sri Lanka. As regards his home, it is a great options for those looking for a peaceful and serene location. His home is exactly as listed and in fact has more than what is listed. Pubudu has taken care of everything one could possibly require on their travels. There are a few supermarkets within walking distance. The kitchen is well equipped for those who prefer to cook for themselves. The building complex also has a nice swiming pool which can be used. The apartment is a home away from home.

Had an absolute great time here. The house was kept very clean and tidy. Location is amazing because it’s convenient for literally anything!
