Lake house vacation rentals in Maine

We walked in and the Christmas tree lights were on and Christmas music was playing. It was lovely. It's a beautiful home and very cozy. Having a bedroom and full bath downstairs makes a difference for many of us (young and older) who may have trouble navigating the stairs to the second floor. This location is nice and quiet yet close to all the essentials. I spoke with Dottie before our stay and she was very nice, helpful, and informative. Thank you again Dottie! This is our second year staying at Cam‘s Lakehouse. We always come up for Moose Stomper weekend. It’s always a great time and we always enjoy your stay. Nice big hot tub lakefront ice fishing big driveway to park all our trailers with four wheelers and snowmobiles Harley. The next-door dog is amazing very friendly like to come in and visit. Would recommend anybody.

My wife and I spent our first year anniversary in this wonderful home. We had a great time enjoying the fall colors and over looking the beautiful pond, especially in the morning as the fog broke. Within 15 minutes there were several grocery shopping options, restaurants, and breweries. Perfect balance of being in a quiet setting but having amenities nearby. Would recommend and hope to go back next autumn!

This place was a small slice of peaceful serenity, exactly as described and pictured. It was immaculately kept, feeling brand new. The kitchen had a pleasant "pay it forward" vibe with items left by previous guests, which made it easy to contribute for future visitors. Although the house got cold on a snowy day (as others noted), one of the provided space heaters quickly warmed it to a comfortable temperature. I would definitely return for another peaceful weekend, and I imagine it would be even more amazing in the fall or summer.

My cousin and I spent a week at holly's house. We made our day trips from there. All the sights were easily and quickly accessible by car from there. Whether in the north, south, east or west of Maine. We enjoyed spending our evenings in a fully equipped house. From check-in to check-out, everything was uncomplicated. We really enjoyed our time there.

we had stayed here once a couple years ago and had a good experience then as well. very responsive and easy to check in and check out. kitchen is one of the best stocked of any rentals we've stayed at. bathroom could use some updating but if it's just two or four of you there's plenty of room and it's a really great location. everything was clean and their dog friendly which is much appreciated!

This place was so quiet and peaceful. It was perfect for our family while we were visiting family for the Thanksgiving holiday. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Natalie and April's cabin on the lake is absolutely amazing! Extremely quiet and so peacefully relaxing! Very clean and organized with just about everything you could imagine needing available to you! We will definitely be booking with these wonderful ladies again next time we are visiting!

I really enjoyed staying at this house! It was a perfect location central location if you’re traveling to Acadia or Bangor. The house was clean and cozy. It has a rustic and charming feel.

I have been traveling for years and this was my best experience with an airbnb and host. We drove straight from Florida a whopping 26 hours nonstop,and were able to check in as soon as we arrived at like 10:00am, instead of having to wait until 3:00pm. I know we got lucky because it was ready but some hosts would have had us wait regardless.Not Arielle!! I felt like family coming to stay at her home. I can’t say how much that helped us. Her place is immaculate,the linens and blankets are top notch. So many towels for the lake and for showering. Washer and dryer simple to use and detergent provided. I am an over packer and was surprised by how much was provided by Arielle. It was like a hotel.We were in walking distance to so many places. The special little touches for the kids were great(the building block station) kept them occupied while we cooked or just sat and talked. The swing set not pictured was wonderful. I did not want to leave this home, and would definitely return!!

This is a wonderful house on the lake. When I say on the lake, I mean “on the lake” it has a beautiful dock, the bedrooms have massive windows that overlook the lake with beautiful, beautiful foliage views. The dock was a wonderful place to hang out and view the night sky. We highly recommend this delightful airbnb. The hosts were wonderful and very helpful. Great location.

I can’t wait for our next visit. What a beautiful location, cozy home, with everything we needed. Kit was great on communication, and the home was just as advertised. We will definitely be back, in any season. Highly recommend if you’re re looking for a place to relax and unwind. Loved it!

We had a lovely stay. The house is across the street from the lake and surrounded by woods. Beautiful tall white birches outside of the back door. We heard a barred owl and a loon on the lake. Plenty of space and comfortable beds. This was a perfect place to stay for our nephews wedding. We hiked the round top trail in Belgrade, which we recommend. We had breakfast at Java Joe’s in Farmington, very good

Beautiful spot! Far enough from everything to feel private and peaceful but not so far that it's inconvenient. Nice and clean. Would stay here again.

Kristine’s cabin was perfect for my parents’ visit. It was very clean and a beautifully, well-maintained house. They felt very comfortable there. It was helpful to be able to adjust the temperature because my parents get cold. It was nice that there were same games and puzzles available. The view on the lake was beautiful. The bathroom was clean and spacious! Kristine is very responsive to messages.

The cabin was magical! Instructions were very clear and we had everything we needed. We had a blast! Thank you very much 🙌🏻☺️
