Unless the trip is within the next few weeks, we appreciate it if guests don't book trips that leave a single night open. Generally minimum night stay is 2 nights during the week and 3 nights over the weekend. If you see a 14 day minimum, it’s only to prevent the reservation from leaving a single night open. We loved our stay! CONVENIENT!! Perfect for a small family or couple. Right across the street from the beach. Two lovely restaurants right next door, the general store for quick snacks. Walk to the town, park, arcade. The beach was lovely and the tide never came in too close! The rental was very clean, had everything you would need. View and sunrise were amazing. Allee was very responsive! Would definitely come back with my family!

This is a great location for enjoying the beach. Just a short walk and you are Surfside. The place is cute, comfortable and my son and I enjoyed our mini-surfing vacation. We left a day early only because of stormy weather. Everything was perfect and I highly recommend!

What a great 4-day stay we had here at Michaels place. As a work-from-home billing specialist, I truly appreciated the BEST view EVER!!! The master bedroom was amazing. Very comfortable bedding with side lamps for reading. The sitting area was perfect for morning coffee & evening cocktails. The kitchen was well stocked and had the basic condiments needed. We really enjoyed the large kitchen counter which was perfect for a 1000 pcs puzzle. Great restaurants were a short drive away. It's a beautiful beach for our long daily walk. We'll be back!

We were contacted before the stay; the owner described some updates to the property, and made sure we would know more about the neighborhood and area. The house was easy to find, and our stay was uneventful. We could have contacted the owner any time, but didn't need to, everything was as described. We will definitely keep this location in mind for the future. This was our first Airbnb, and it was a great experience. A big thanks to David and Will for providing a great experience for our family for the holidays...thank you!

The location of John’s area was awesome! It was so nice being close to York and Ogunquit. The place is separate enough to have privacy and was great for our dog as well. To improve, John could add a few more amenities including Pam for cooking and shampoo/ conditioner for the bathroom. But overall, we loved our stay and would definitely go back.

Grandy’s Place was an absolutely lovely stay! The proximity to the beach could not be beat. We came in the Fall, when all of Old Orchard Beach was shut down for the season, so, we really had the whole town and beach to ourselves, it felt like! The house was great, clean, and had everything you could want or need. Clear and pleasant communications with Christine and Jim. I highly recommend Grandy’s Place, even in the off season!

We had a wonderful experience with Greg. The condo was spotless and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway, everything except warm weather! The ocean views from both the balcony and the primary bedroom were nice. The location is unbeatable, just steps from Short Sands Beach and within easy walking distance to all the fun in downtown York. Highly recommend for anyone seeking comfort and convenience. We’re already looking forward to coming back in the summertime!

A beautiful, peaceful stay in Lubec! We hope to come back someday and rent the large main cabin as well. It is a great location to relax by the beach and explore Campobello Island. The pictures were accurate but just an FYI for anyone who has a someone who snores or has kids in the family- the two bedrooms are only separated by an open doorway and a curtain - you can hear everything from the other room. 😆

In 30+ years of staying at hotels and Airbnbs around the world, we have never experienced such personalized touches and attentiveness as we did at Kazzie's place. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed warmly and felt so at home. The location is stunning, but (as so many other reviews have noted), the real magic was in the care and attention for the guests. Every single thing we could have needed for our stay was available, along with so many other thoughtful touches. This is a truly special place, and a rare gem. When you add on the gorgeous waterfront view, the peaceful sound of the waves, the closeness to Acadia National Park, the comfortable bed and fantastic shower, did I mention the view?, and the amenities, this was easily one of the best places we've ever stayed. We are already planning the next trip! PS if you're reading this and Slack Tide is booked, rest assured that her other property (Mermaid Mist) is just as wonderful.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect—very close to Acadia, making it easy to explore the park. The house was extremely clean, well-maintained, and had comfortable beds with great sheets. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The only thing to note for families with young children is that there are stairs and space heaters, which might require some extra supervision. Overall, a fantastic place to stay, and we would definitely return!
