We had quite a late night check in but sir happily received us . Gave us all proper instructions and helped us settle in. In morning, we got a coffee too. The surroundings as well as property were quite beautiful.

Ann's hosting is really nice and the place is serene and clean that makes us to stay more days. we recommend this place.

Our favorite place to stay in Negombo. We've been here before and really wanted to come back again. We even changed our plans and stayed a little longer. The place is really quiet, although it's just a few minutes walk from restaurants and beach area. Harsha and his family warmly welcomed us with tea, even if it was late evening already. We are more often in Sri Lanka and Negombo, so we will definitely come back. Thank you Harsha for being the perfect host 🙏🙏🙏

If you are looking for a spot where you do not meet any other tourists and you are immerged in a fishermen's village, this is the best place. We had a blast in the cool beach house. Yoga classes, massages, beach, pool, sun, tuk tuk rides... The chef Nimesh is awesome. The manager Wasantha is all ears for all your needs. But most of all, everybody is happy and smiling. You feel like there is a happiness drug in the air. If you need to relax and unwind, with all the freedom and privacy hotels cannot offer, this is the right place for you.
