We had a great stay here. The house is spacious and the beds extremely comfy. It is in a great location in Nimman and we could walk to lots of places in the centre. Lovely cafe, bar, restaurant and independent shops vibe in the neighbourhood. Would definitely stay here again if coming back to Chiang Mai

Really lovely stay in a great relaxing area of Chang Mai. If you are looking for a quiet place that allows you to explore the beautiful area and meet some nice locals then this is the spot. If you decide to chill and enjoy a day at home then this is a very inviting place that allows you to feel very at home. Couldn’t recommend the place more and the host Michael and his wife were extremely helpful and lovely people!

Tolani's place was perfect for our large group to all stay in one compound. street food started just around the corner and easy to hail a tuktuk or taxi from the main road. Ying the maid kept everything fresh and clean during the day and did a great job. would stay here again if I came back to Chiang Mai with a large group

If you are looking for a peaceful,private and beautiful place away from Chiangmai ,this is it. 20 to 30 minute drive from city centre( white public taxis 20 Bhat per person and until 6pm, every 5 or 10 minutes from near the stay and back from the city at Thamel Coffee) This is probably a 5 minute drive from the nearest town center which has supermarkets, an evening market, spas, cafes and shops. The only con was there were mosquitoes in the area and it is not for people who are looking to party or tourist attractions, this is more for just enjoying the nature and local life. The place is very calm, has beautiful surroundings, a pretty stream, an adorable Maximus the pet dog and a very sweet host couple! They made our stay very special and helped us out when we needed! The cottage has a lot of space, and all things you would need for a good stay including washer, kitchen stuff, pool, A/C and other necessities.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to our host, Lalin, and share our experience here. This was actually my second stay in this stunning and artistically designed villa. The community surrounding it was just as tranquil and peaceful as when I visited last time. Originally, we had planned to stay for six nights, but unfortunately, we encountered a rather serious flooding situation that compelled us to move to a different area. Couldn't stay here longer . The host, Lalin, proactively communicated with me to alter the reservation and suggested checking out a few days earlier. If it hadn't been for her timely intervention, I would have been trapped in the flooding and unable to make it to the airport (as taxis were unable to access the area on the following day). Lalin recommended another area in location unaffected by the flooding, and as a result, everything went incredibly smoothly. I am immensely grateful for her assistance and would highly recommend her as a host.

I highly recommend this place. The host is really nice and helpful. She helped us for the transport from and back to the airport. The breakfasts were excellent and I recommend taking the BBQ. One of our best meal experience in Thaïland.

Julie is a great host; she helped me when I had some questions, and she is always active. The apartment is great, calm and not hot (there is not so much sun, and this is good because it is repaired, considering there are also trees in front of the balcony). The condo is great; you have everything you need (washing machine, parking, restaurants). The apartment is really clean, and I found everything, I did some work from home and it was comfortable. The area is not close to the center but it is easy if you have a scooter or in taxi (bike costs like 35 baht, car 78). There is a great muay thai gym at 20 minutes walking so great. I would return 10/10.

Wow. Definitely one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. First off, the place feels like a home in how it’s stocked and decorated. Not just plain white walls with the bare necessities like most other places. The best part is Neil. One of the best hosts ever. Always available to answer questions and take care of anything that needed to be taken care of. Went way above and beyond. The neighborhood is also extremely close to the markets and old city. A perfect stay.

We stayed on this place for 1 month. In several, we liked it all. Rapee is a very likeable and nice host. The things (iron, vacuum cleaner etc) that we were missing, Rapee got us right away. He was also helpful in other things (medical advice). The only thing we missed very much was the mosquito nets on the windows. Thank you and all the best!

Fantastic location and great villa for a nice holiday. There were amazing restaurants and cafes, as well as a 7/eleven at walking distances. Rooms were spacious, clean, and well air-conditioned. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend for families or groups.

Absolutely incredible! Solo traveller so had whole space to myself but there are 3 separate rooms and LOTS of open space. View of the mountains! Pretty much a sunrise view too! Very peaceful but a stones throw from whatever you would like to do. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. If I return to Chiang Mai then this is the first place I will be looking at.

We had a fabulous 8 days 7 nights stay at Kim’s place. The location was a little hard to find at night time, pls make sure to ask for GPS address and watch her YouTube video before arrival. The location is right in old downtown with Sat night market right in front of your door steps . We had so much fun exploring the night market, visit local’s favorite noodle shop, 7/11 convenient store, nightly food market, massage salons, silver temple all in the walking distance. Kim was very helpful and responsive to our questions and requests. We couldn’t be happier finding such a lovely place for 3 adults and 2 kids. Chiang Mai is such a magic place!

My family and I stayed for 5 days at Petchara's place. The accomodation is spacious and we had a relaxing time resting in it when we get back from our travels. The TVs are loaded with Netflix so it made it easy for us to keep the kid and elderly entertained during the night. It was easy for us to locate the accommodation as we drove. It is a short drive to Kad Farang where you get access to multiple restaurants. Petrol station is also just a short few mins drive so we can easily drive to 7 (or order online) when we needed to buy any other essentials. Petchara is very responsive and friendly as she made it really easy for us to locate and check-in to the accommodation. It is one of the best value accommodation we stayed in Chiang Mai which I would recommend if you are travelling with family.

Nutpusson is a spectacular hostess. We'd give her six stars for a review if we could. She went out of her way to anticipate all our needs and responded to any requests right away and was super helpful. The area is great, with a wonderful local market just five minutes away, and it's very walkable to other nearby markets and the Old Town. David

Quite easy to check in,really suitable for family travel, also pet friendly! House host very nice, easy to communicate! Can walk to Tha Phae Gate and also Saturday night market. Near by temple so you will hear ring bell at 5:00am, but it’s not a problem for me. Anyway it’s quite nice place to stay!
