Bow and Golf are dedicated and flexible when serving their client. location is good for tourists who are looking for coffee shops, restaurants and mall The streets are full of cars and motorcycles which make a decent amount of noise and the air is poluted.

Robert is a 5+ Star Host. Condo is clean and everything is new. While cozy and narrow, it was perfect for our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids). Building amenities are terrific and security guards are friendly. Grabs readily available and cheap. 7-11, water-filling stations, pharmacy and local restaurants abundant and walking distance. Highly recommend if this property fits your requirements, don’t hesitate to book.

We had a wonderful stay at Natty’s property. It was conveniently located and the rooftop pool was a great perk. Natty was also very responsive to any questions.

I was worried that there would be no suitable restaurants nearby, but the congee restaurant, which is walkable, and the street skewers in front of the nose were delicious and so good.Especially, the pool was the best. However, it was a pity that the bathroom sink was not well drained. Anyway, I had a good rest.

Great and peaceful place closer to the Tha Phae gate and accessible from the old town. The space is very aesthetically designed and the restaurant downstairs is an added amenity. Rhana was extremely responsive and helpful with any queries we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nakara Tha Phae.

Thank you for hosting our family of 5! We found our stay to be very comfortable and clean. The amenities of the building are great! The neighborhood is less busy than the old town area if that’s something preferable but still a 15 min walk to night markets. The hosts were also very responsive and friendly. Recommend! I would come back again. :)

We had a great time staying here. We were staying with friends and appreciated that each got their own bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed. The host was very responsive. The house is close to many restaurants, sights, and amenities.

Pip's place was absolutely the best experience I have had at an airbnb anywhere around the world. The property is in one of the most pristine areas in northern Thailand and is full of flora and fauna. I stayed 11 days and it was the perfect place to recharge after a long year. The caretakers are so lovely and caring. They took me on multiple trips to different locations and we had some wonderful meals at night. I will be coming back again in a few weeks to get refuelled for next year. Thabkyou so much for a wonderful experience and getaway 🙏

Loved the place here. Perfect for a private peaceful getaway. The road was easy to find. The house keeper took good care of it and quickly.

A nice house in a good area, not far from central festival. This place is ideal assuming that you have a car or other transport. Chaing Mai is not that big so it is easy to get anywhere from here by car or motorcycle.

What a wonderful 4 nights at this lovely house. Ample room and a super responsive host made it easy from start to finish. Would recommend to anyone travelling in a larger group.

Our stay was wonderful. Close to the night market and grocery store. Easy to walk or get a ride. Food and coffee for sale in the lobby was how we started each morning. The place was clean and just as described. Would stay again!

The building should be in a high-end residential area, the room is also very clean, the layout is reasonable, the host is very responsive, recommended!

The apartment is beautiful, exactly as described and perfectly clean and comfortable. Lovely bedrooms and bathrooms, and a balcony for views or super fast drying of laundry! The building is fabulous, really helpful staff and security and a cafe with so many hot and iced drink options plus pastries, cakes and savouries. The location is ideal, easy walking to 2 7eleven stores and the night bazaar within walking distance too. There you have plenty of food options for dinner and lots of local craft stalls plus the usual lovely tourist gifts. Thank you for being our host, we will definitely return 🙂

Host is responsive and helpful as we have requested for late check out at 4pm. Place have nice view and opposite there’s a 7-11 and a small mall.place is clean and comfortable. Will come back again

Perfect place to stay if you’re coming to Chiang Mai without breaking the bank. The host herself is, without competition, the most helpful Airbnb host I’ve ever had. Loads of shopping and restaurants nearby, AC is cold, what more could you ask for?
