Great loft with mountain view in wine country. Julie is a great host. We have stayed here multiple times and will return again. Very comfortable and has everything you need.

Rosemary's Nest is awesome! The view off the front porch is a different movie every night. Old Rag, White Oak Canyon and the Skyline Drive are about 40 minutes away, Culpeper is 16 miles away. I suppose we were a little different type of guests, as we stayed ~six months. I was there to recover from a full hip replacement and the steep-ish driveway was perfect for physical therapy. Rosemary and Joe became like family, kept an eye out for us and they invited us upstairs for many delicious dinners and a Civil War quiz. If I have to get my other hip done in the next year or so, we certainly will be returning!

Was a wonderful stay, only downside were some dishes weren't washed properly- was no problem! has a Keurig and creams, was comfortable and very clean everywhere else!

Excellent written instructions throughout properly. Host very responsive. Very clean. We appreciated the doggie gate to keep our pup safe.
