Michelle's home was exactly what we were looking for! Secluded, yet a short drive to Shenendoah National Park. Right out the back door was a very pretty trail and out the front door was a great river! would and do recommend.

An amazing, special place to get away from everything. The lack of cell service and no WiFi were the highlight for our family. We spent a week playing board games, reading, painting, enjoying a fire every night, and just talking. The hosts thought of everything and we feel very lucky to have spent the week here. Will definitely be back!

The home was perfect for family gathering. We came to celebrate a birthday and to fly fish the rivers and streams nearby. The kitchen was well-stocked, so appreciate that. There is a farmers market nearby which provided very fresh produce for our first night's dinner. The house was very clean and the beds quite comfortable. All in all, a very pleasant stay. Dinner at the La Fayette in Standardsville was excellent. Thank you, Ginny!

We really enjoyed this mountain getaway cabin! Loved the privacy and the beautiful surroundings. Cabin was comfortable and location was great next to a mountain stream and close to hiking trails. The lack of cell service/wifi only added to the appeal. Really helped to disconnect. Fun selection of DVDs, books and games. Awesome place to view the night sky. Hosts were very responsive and provided helpful instructions. We definitely would love to go back.

The place was cute, well decorated and spacious. The hot tub was wonderful after many strenuous hikes in Shenandoah. Kids enjoyed the foosball and air hockey, and s'mores over the solo stove. Beds were comfy.

Tracy and Keith's cabin was absolutely perfect for our family's recent stay in Shenandoah. It is situated about 15 mins from the Old Rag trailhead (which we hiked!), and if that hike is not for you, there are many others in the vicinity. The nearby town of Sperryville was cute to stroll through-- we had lunch at the coffee shop cafe, visited a pottery and art gallery. We also took their recommendation for a bike ride in Syria (20 mins away) that ended in freshly made milkshakes. But mostly, we hung out at the excellent cabin. The kitchen was the best stocked of any air bnb we've ever stayed at. We played games, hot tubbed, explored the stream, lazed in the hammock, read and had coffee on the beautiful screened in porch. It was a great recharge. Tracy and Keith are kind and responsive hosts who provided us with a number of recommendations on request, the cabin was in great condition and spotless and they were prompt with communication. I would love to find a way to stay here again!

Undoubtedly the most beautiful Airbnb we have stayed in! Beautiful setting; woke up in paradise each day! Despite the clouds and rain, it was beautiful. Relaxing and peaceful inside and out, the view of the lake and the mountains, flowers and trees were blooming, birds were singing, and it was only a short drive to our daughter's! We absolutely recommend this spot for anyone looking for a peaceful place to unwind and reset!

Our family had a blast here. It had the perfect cabin vibe while feeling contemporary and updated in all the right ways. Our kids enjoyed running around the property with the most beautiful spring weather. A fire in the fire pit was a highlight for all. I really appreciated the whimsical touch of the string lights in the yard and on the porch. It felt magical! The location was perfect for us due to its proximity to the wedding we were attending. We were pleasantly surprised by the gem of Yoder’s Country Market only 5 minutes away. One stop shop for a deli lunch, play area for the kids and a fun petting zoo where you could feed chickens and llamas! Host Amy was friendly and responsive in all communication. If you’re looking for a place to stay in this area, I can’t imagine anything better.

Connie was super nice and responded quickly from the time of booking and throughout our stay. You can tell she is proud of her little chalet.
