THERE IS A LATE CHECK IN FEE OF 30 EUROS FOR CHECK-INS BETWEEN (22:00h-24:00h) and 40 EUROS FOR CHECK IN BETWEEN (24:00H -07:00H) AEROBUSS STOP NUMBER 21. DUE TO LOCAL REGULATIONS TURISTS MUST PAY 2 EUROS PER DAY FOR THE FIRST 7DAYS OF THEIR STAYS. This amazing 3 bedroom apartment is right by the sea and has breathtaking views. It's 15 minutes away (bus) from the historical centre and has two malls right next to it, one is 1 minute away and the other (Forum Madeira) is just 5 mins away.

In this modern designed apartment it is easy to be together. The place is spacious and you avoid stairs if you use the elevator to first floor. 2 bedrooms have king size beds, Swedish standard and 2 bedrooms have queen size beds. Hotel standard with big TVs in every bedroom. View is stunning and there is a terrace outside every bedroom. By the terrace there’s a big party room, all by yourselves, with pooltable, bbq, bar, football game and lounge furnitures. License for 8 guests max.

There is a parking place available in the garage buildng. WARNING Since October 1st, a tourist tax of €2/day/person must be charged for a maximum of seven days . The corresponding amount must be paid in cash on the day of check-in. This amount will then be transferred to the Funchal City Council by the host.
