Friendly people, easy convenient check in/out. Loved supporting a family upstairs instead of going to a hotel. Loved the Kuerig and coffee. It was clean and cozy.. would def stay there again.

My wife and I spent the summer of 2024 in beautiful Holland Michigan. We couldn’t have been happier staying in the 2nd level flat w/ private entrance. It matched the pics perfectly. The flat provided ample room for us and an occasional guest. April was an excellent host. She provided lots of recommendations on things to do/places to eat. The location was great. My wife walked to downtown every day. We brought bikes and went on many rides. Lake Mich beaches (Holland State Park, Tunnel Park, and Saugatuck State Park are minutes away. We did the Holland food tour 1st week and got a great lay of the land. Visited The Gerald Ford Museum, Meijer Sculpture Gardens, and the Meyer May House (Frank Lloyd Wright) in Grand Rapids (40-min drive). One of my favorite things was the senior center (over 50) across the street. My wife worked out every day and I did wood working in the huge wood shop. Did lathe class and turned a bowl. This was the most well-stocked Airbnb I've ever been to. There were so many thoughtful details for the dogs and tons of extra blankets, towels, etc. It was super cozy, and you can't beat the location. It was walking distance from the wedding venue we were attending and close to downtown!

The only thing I would say was communication was a bit slow, which I guess was because she was on the West Coast. Our first night, we woke up to no power and had no way of reporting the outage if no acct # or phone associated with the location. It, luckily, came back on the next day. Also in making sure of check out instructions, we did not get them till we were gone the next day. Maybe having a local contact would be helpful.
