Monthly Rentals in Maalaea Harbor

A real nice 2 BR apartment. Nice view over the ocean. Clean, nice kitchen to use. The location in Maalaea is actually quite good as it allows one to easily go south to Kihei / Wailea or north to Kaanapali/Kapalua. Maalaea is also where the various boats go out to Molokini so it is easy to walk to if going on a tour. The area around Maalaea otherwise does not have much to do (except aquarium is close by). We would stay again.

Nice clean place, good location to drive anywhere next to harbor restaurants and a few shopping 🛍, ralph is a super host, he gave us a few tips for the area and left us gifts at condo. But the nices thing he did for us is that the last day we were planning to stay at hana but it didn't work out .we didn't have a place to stay the last day. wife was getting nervous (i told her we can stay in the beach😂) likely ralph come trough and rented us a beautiful studio next to us (wife was happy 😀) for ever thanks ralph you are a life saver 😇 . This is a great condo. It is centrally located making it perfect for first-time visitors to Maui who want to explore most of the island. You will need a car, as there are limited offerings within walking distance. We loved morning coffee on the Lanai while watching whales frolic in the bay. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with necessities. We found beach chairs and snorkeling equipment in the closet and there were even a few spices and other extras in the kitchen. Vacation Maui was an excellent host. They always responded to emails within a few minutes and sent help within an hour of our reporting an issue with the TV. We'll be back!

I would highly recommend this place to others and would definitely rebook with Ron if I were to be coming back! Great place to stay and exactly as described. Ron was kind and friendly and helpful with any questions I had!
