Monthly Rentals in Lympstone

The cottage and Lympstone were charming. The cottage was very comfortable, well maintained, it had everything we needed and was spotless. Great, quaint location in a pretty village centre, short walk to lovely views of the Exe estuary. Nancy was a friendly and helpful host, very responsive.

A beautiful little Gem situated in lovely Lympstone. The location is perfect with a 2 minute walk to the train station with great connections to Exeter and Exmouth. The swan pub is less than a minutes walk and serves a great pint and lunch was 10/10. The property is of a high standard and has everything you need for a your stay, the bed is super comfy and the Shower lovely and hot. Cant wait to return

We had a lovely, peaceful stay. Rich & Julie-Ann were both fantastic hosts & always really helpful. The accommodation was spotlessly clean & we felt right at home. Would definitely recommend & we will be back again in the future!
