The landlord was great! They were super responsive and the place was easy to get in and out of. It was a comfy stay. Definitely recommend it.

Staying in Jack' place was a blast. The place is very clean, quiet, modern, fully-furnished and the location is great: 5 minutes walk to the MRT station, 20 minutes by MRT to the city center. Jack is a great host and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Taichung. Thanks Jack for the great stay!

I stayed for almost two and a half months this time, and I was able to live very comfortably.There is a convenience store in front of you, and there is a Taiwan Railway station and downtown area about a 10-minute walk away, so you won't have any trouble living.There are also mostly cafes and iconic fast food shops.On the other hand, the road to downtown is narrow due to traffic, and I feel a little unsafe for walking.During the morning and evening rush, it may be safer to walk on a road with less traffic even if you take a detour. As for the space, it is not very spacious but functional, and if you are alone, you can stay comfortably.There is no problem at all with the amount of water and temperature in the shower.In addition, if the temperature drops sharply due to the cold wave in the winter, it is also great for the host to prepare additional futons.There is also a water heater on the ground floor which is very convenient.There is also a manager on the first floor during the day, so you can rest assured.The room is slightly humid, so there may be mold if you do not ventilate consciously.However, it is generally designed to be a livable room, and it is a room that you would like to use again if you have any errands in Taichung-West (especially Shizuyi University).

Everything went smoothly no issues at all and the owner was nice.
