Monthly Rentals in Lower Portobello

My wife and I stayed in this lovely one bedroom, one bathroom cottage for three nights in March. The view is fantastic and the space was thoughtfully designed with everything you could want in the cozy living quarters. It’s really nice to sit outside on the deck and watch the tide change on the bay and the sheep grazing in the field. It’s a very peaceful location. The kitchen space was great for making almost all of our meals. We had fun feeding the sheep with the treats provided and visiting with the two super friendly cats. Paula and Brendon were thoughtful and attentive hosts and we’d gladly stay here again.

Vicks place was lovely. Beautiful outlook ,very comfortable and stylish. The accomodation was very clean and immaculately tidy. The beds were very comfortable and a good selection of pillows. Shower and bathroom great. Just a heads up for future guests the kitchen area is only really suitable for heating up food or take always. Just a microwave for cooking and very limited work surfaces. There is a toaster, kettle and Nespresso machine for preparing breakfast. It does say this in the details but I thought it was worth underlining. There is a couple of eating places in Portobello but this is a short drive away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Keren's cabin was wonderful, as was Keren. out on the peninsula from Dunedin, but plenty of choices for restaurants (we highly recommend the 1908), and closer to the penguin encounter and Royal Albatross center than Dunedin. Felt like staying with family, but with all the privacy you could ask for.

Great stay for staff that was working in town. Responded super fast to help us secure a stay.
