Vacation rentals in Lower Portobello

Fabulous views and very comfortable accommodation. Flexible check in was much appreciated as were the recommendations for places to eat. We walked down to St Kilda and had a gorgeous morning at the cafe by the pool and then walked along the beach - nothing better than Dunedin on a fine sunny day!

Everything at this air BnB was great, how all the rooms was separated & the bathrooms & toilets. The entire set up of this property was so loving & so perfect. The only negative was the main house that had the lounge, dining & kitchen was really dirty, dusty & cob webs almost everywhere. There was nice Red old Rug that was dirty didn't look like it was vacuumed the were dirt on the floor in lounge & also at the main entrance door by kitchen. We had to broom everything & pick up the dirty & rubbish that was not vacuumed or cleaned properly. plus there was no microwave to reheat any any leftovers or food. The positive thing that the location was perfect & detail of the house matches what we saw in the pictures & it exceeded our expectations. I would recommend to any one going to Dunedin or Aramoana to stay at this lovely cute accommodation, it's caters well for a big large group or a big family.

Beautiful villa in excellent position with fabulous views. Beds very comfy with quality linen and decent towels. Gorgeous garden with some blooms. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Julie’s place. The place is very spacious and has a great old world feeling with high ceilings and ornate plaster. The property is much better than it looks in the photos. The kitchen was very clean and well appointed with everything you need and is very light and airy in the morning. There is a very nice beach not far away. We loved sitting on the back deck for breakfast and enjoying the beautiful peaceful garden. This property is a real gem and will not disappoint.

A beautiful and relaxing setting from which to enjoy all the area has to offer. Glenn’s place - and the view! - are truly something special.

Very comfortable place with everything you would need for a pleasant stay. Close to beach with an easy walk. Very comfortable bed with electric blanket. Great verandah with a sunny aspect in the afternoon to enjoy a glass of wine. The general store close by has the best coffee and cooking. Tea and coffee. Sugar. Salt and pepper supplied. Judy left a cheese and crackers board to enjoy. Thank you Judy. It was most enjoyable and I would recommend it.

A very nice modern cabin to enjoy while you explore the Otago coast. Recommend this accommodation!
