Vacation rentals with a pool in Lower Matecumbe Key

Beautiful 2nd story home with plenty of seating, adequate room for 6 guests if needed, with every kitchen convenience you could imagine. Spent days relaxing in the pool when not out enjoying activities in the ocean. Neighborhood was relatively quiet and backyard pool area felt secluded and enjoyable. Could hear occasional airplanes coming and going from nearby airport but it was not a bother. Read several books during our stay while we basked in the sun. All items in home were in excellent working order. Spent a couple of days in Key West which was a beautiful drive and only took a little over an hour. Highly recommended accommodations!

Incredible property. Perfect gathering space for my entire family of 6. Private yet close to commerce like Publix and local gym to work out. Great memories made.

Stu’s home was superb, the manatees were a surprise bonus. The house is comfortable, well appointed, plus the location was perfect. Our check in email did not indicate the exact address of the house, Stu responded to my email within minutes, very attentive & available - getting into the house was a breeze! 🌸

The how accommodated 10 people very well. Any issued we had the first day were taken care of right away. The only drawback was the view. Sitting on the outside balcony did not have a very good view and close to main road with traffic noise. Other than that we had a great time.

Excellent host, very responsive. The manufactured home was clean and with all what was needed for our short stay at the florida keys. Check in was fine (people at the gate are kind of rude) but our attitude helped to ease the situation. I recommend Ms. Jana's place

Sean and the house are amazing!! I was confused on how to work the hot tub and he sent me his personal phone number so I could call him and he could walk me through it. He is so friendly, which was the cherry on top for such a great house - a private pool, working hot tub, and plenty of seating outside as well as activities at the house to do! Highly, highly recommend and will rebook if I’m ever taking a trip to Key Largo again!

We had a great time! House was beautiful and set up perfect for a relaxing week. Pool, pool area, and dock is were we spent most of our time. Kayaks and paddleboards were a nice treat to just simply paddle out of the canal and into the Atlantic shallows. This house has lots of space, we never felt like we were on top of each other. Any issues/concerns that we had were communicated and addressed promptly. Beds were comfortable which is very important to us. Poor sleep equals a bad week. Another important thing for us is the shower. Showers were clean and had great water pressure. Kitchen had everything needed to cook full meals. We used the stove, oven and grill everyday. We look forward to visiting again soon!

We loved the condo itself and the location. Very spacious. Vanessa let us check-in early. Easy walk to the private beach. Pool, hot tub, tennis, and pickle ball courts and equipment included. We'd stay here again.

Paradise, I stayed for five weeks. July 27th-Sep 3rd. Entire Moonbay Is a condominium resort. It is huge and has everything you could ask for. The grounds are meticulously kept. The pool is gorgeous and brand heated. No one is there in August so I had the entire place to myself. The snowbirds don't return until October. kid's were in school and I was in heaven. Thank you Arthur for sharing your little slice of paradise. I will be back permanently ASAP.

Great spot in Key Largo! We booked a stay here at the last minute, due to an issue with a previously booked spot. Kim was super fast in responding and getting us booked the same day. The condo is in a gated community with beautiful pools, hot tubs and nicely landscaped surroundings. The community is super quiet and coming in and out while exploring the area was easy. The condo was spotless, well decorated and perfect for our group of 3. We had a great time in the keys and this was a perfect launching spot for exploring.

Great central location in Tavernier! Easy to get to Isla Morada and other local sights. The apartment itself is very accessible, in a safe secure private community, well-furnished, beautifully decorated, and with all the amenities to make for a comfortable stay. The heated pool and spa was a great luxurious experience, with extended hours 8am - 11pm, a very short walkable distance away from the apartment, not crowded at all, we had the pool almost completely to ourselves when we went. The beachfront described is not exactly what I expected, as it was a smaller area of space, the view from the apartment is beautiful with lots of greenery and a view of the ocean in the distance. Overall really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the binder full of local recommendations!

Michelle‘s condo was absolutely perfect! It was easy to find and access and she was extremely responsive and proactive with recommendations and instructions for the unit. From the second we walked in, we felt right at home and at ease. The view from the apartment is spectacular and unmatched by any place we’ve ever stayed. Everything was completely spotless and the beds were very comfortable. The location is great and very convenient to a lot of local restaurants, parks, and things to do. The pool at the unit was fantastic as well. We can’t wait to come back!
