Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Lower Franconia

we had a great time in Oberthulba. Ines and her husband and super received and did everything to make us feel comfortable. Were allowed to put our motorcycles in the garden and even got documents so they didn't sink in. the house was super cool down and we didn't miss anything. especially the garden appealed to us, every night we sat outside for a long time and even with some music Ines had no problem. We will be happy to come back ! Thank you so much for the nice week !

The cottage is in a beautiful location in the middle of nature, at the end of a little inhabited road that leads up into the forest. There are very nice paths and views and valley, it is very quiet and just very calming to look out the window and only see nature. Inside it is very cozily furnished and everything we needed was already there, even the basics for washing and cooking. The shower is so great and the beds very cozy, I slept incredibly peacefully there. Dominique was responsive to all questions and always very friendly and accommodating. The underfloor heating was the candy and the landscape balm for the soul. I think we will be back, it was just a fantastic getaway, with everything our heart desired.

Great hosts, the family immediately felt at home and was completely satisfied with everything. It was even preheated so we could get right into the warmth from the cold weather. Highly recommended!

I stayed in this apartment with my friend in December 2024. It was a clean apartment, and close to center. Kitchen was nice and it had everything we needed. I would recommend this place to everyone who would like to visit beautiful Würzburg.

The stay with Dorothee was very relaxing. You have everything you need. I felt right at home. My little dog was also no problem and Dorothee had even provided dog towels, a leash and treats. Also the coffee/tea and small treats were provided I found a great gesture (there is not in every place and is not self-evident for me either).

The small fine apartment with parking was great. There was nothing missing, and everything was well thought out. Everything was very clean and looked pretty new and modern. Shutters and air conditioning were provided. The amenities were great for such an apartment. Communication and check-in also went well. Highly recommend.

The apartment is very cozy, easy to find, walking distance to downtown. We felt very comfortable.

Annette was really helpful before our visit. The flat is located in a lovely, peaceful residential area and a couple of minutes walk to a lovely bakery and a small supermarket. It was an easy walk of about 15 minutes into the city centre. Would highly recommend.

The stay was very spontaneous. And it was only possible to arrive at night. - This was also no problem for the landlady. The key safe was easy to find. Access easily accessible even in the dark. Unfortunately, parking is very limited. Personally, I wasn't very bothered. The apartment is well furnished. I didn't miss anything. The kitchen is well equipped with the kitchen. Living room, bedroom, bathroom meet the standard. Towels and linen provided. Everything was as described. The landlady was very friendly and accommodating. And always responded to my questions promptly. My first Airbnb booking and already the best.

Easy to reach, large and clean house and in a nice village. Unfortunately, the mattresses were really too soft from all the beds so you roll to each other every time, but great for 1 night. Thank you!

I stayed at the property four times from May to September and had a wonderfully quiet and very nice stay. I booked nearby for an apprenticeship in phytotherapy. Everything was more than appropriate and the name of the place complies with my attitude to life . In short - searched - found ! Beautiful, clean, very spacious apartment! Andrea was very accommodating, provided a high chair, fallout protection and children's bedding. The kitchen is super equipped! At the beginning it was a bit cold in the apartment but due to the fireplace and the wood provided we had it nice and cozy warm.
