Tiny house vacation rentals in Lower Franconia

We stayed in the cottage for a week, everything is provided, everything was thought of, a great bed, it is incredibly quiet, and it is blissful under the terrace with hammock etc. We were otherwise pleasantly surprised with the public outdoor swimming pool complex of Steinau, so pleasant and neat

We were greeted with homemade cake and jam. Sybille was amazing! It was okay that we checked in later and even had some delay. Even though we were only there for one night she welcomed us with open arms. The apartment was very cozy and had everything we needed. Would love to stay there again if we are in the area.

Both the shepherd's house and the garden with the treehouse and four-poster bed were very special and very well equipped. We also liked the garden of the house very much and the children also liked it very much in both locations. The friendlier hostesses have thought of everything; nothing was missing and after a report of a faulty lamp, we quickly got two others! We can really recommend this accommodation; it was memorable.

We were looking for a detox experience, and this was the perfect place for a two nights stay. You can take long walks and reach beautiful ponds, build peaceful memories. For us it was a -2 degree Celsius outside, and we managed to be cozy and warm inside the barrels. With a warmer weather you can enjoy the surrounding garden. We felt always cared for, any need or question was answered clearly and with many suggestions. Restaurant is also great! We will come back.

Nice place for a quick night stay during our transit with 4 people. Was a bit cramped the beds at the bottom, but for this short time this is not a problem

Our stay at Tiny House was just perfect! The amenities left nothing to be desired – not only was everything available, but there were countless loving extras that made the stay special: coffee, tea, cereals, sauces, spices, water, sparkling wine, cosmetic utensils and much more. Really far beyond the usual! The house was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and offered a fantastic view of the wide countryside. The kids loved it – not just the tiny house itself, but also the rabbits, chickens, dogs and cows they could greet every day. The quiet location was perfect for unwinding, and the personal welcome and farewell by the warm hosts was the icing on the cake. A wonderful place with lovely touches and great hosts – we will be happy to come back!

The hosts were very pleasant and friendly. We wanted a quiet retreat. We definitely had it. The hosts were very discreet about our stay and treated us to our peace and quiet. At the same time, they always had an open ear for questions or concerns. We really appreciated that. The breakfast service (brunch) was great. If you want to take a break in a pleasant environment, this is the place to be. Thanks a bunch

We had a wonderful time at this tiny house! From the first minute we felt right at home. Caro is a fantastic host – communicating with her was always warm and straightforward. The sauna was a real highlight and perfectly rounded off the stay. Overall, it was a fantastic overnight stay that left nothing to be desired. We will be happy to come back! 🌟

A super cool place to stay! We wanted to do something different and stumbled over this great construction trailer. We had a small heatwave on the booked weekend, but we still had a lot of fun in the construction trailer and felt very comfortable. Peter was super nice and always responded quickly to messages. Next time in Würzburg we will definitely know where to go ;)

Very nice cabin with beautiful views! The contact with the hosts was also very friendly and nice! However, the wifi is not too good and we had trouble streaming... Otherwise, everything was tip-top

We had very nice Christmas days in the great chalet of Petra. The communication was very pleasant and proactive. The house is exactly as described in the photos, everything very clean and quiet. You live right by the forest where you can take a nice walk. The kitchen is also very well equipped. We will be happy to come back!

I had the pleasure of spending a few days in December at this beautiful tiny home in Bad Neustadt on the Saale – and it was a great experience! The tiny home is perfectly thought out, decorated with lots of charm and love for detail. Despite the compact size, there is nothing missing: a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable bed and a cozy living area invite you to feel comfortable. The tranquility of the surroundings and the view of the countryside were just right for a little break. The Hosts were incredibly warm and helpful, and communication was smooth and friendly in advance. A warm, welcoming home was waiting for me upon arrival. The location in Bad Neustadt an der Saale was also ideal. Both nature and the charming old town are within easy reach. Would highly recommend this location. Thank you for this great experience – I'd love to come back!

The trailer is the hit. Very lovingly and modernly equipped. Not quite ready yet, but great. There is no shower at the moment, but this is openly communicated and we were aware of it in advance. Totally nice people, everything was fine. We will be happy to come back if it arises.

We loved this place! The location really surprised us. Highly recommend this to anyone visiting this part of Germany looking for a comfortable stay. The accommodation is very close to Frankfurt and has everything you need. We’ll be back for sure!

We liked the sustainable and modern apartment in an otherwise very quiet, rural region. Rarely have we been personally welcomed and said goodbye to the apartments. This speaks very much for the two hosts. Everything was very clean and well maintained. In the yard there was the possibility to eat and barbecue outside. The apartment offered everything we needed. Unfortunately, we found the bed a little hard and the pillows much too thick, but that's a matter of taste. Since there is little going on in the area, you unfortunately have to take the car for excursions if you do not bring bicycles. However, at least one beautiful hiking trail starts right in the village.

very nice tiny house in quiet surroundings. Due to the fireplace and the heating, warm and very comfortable even in winter! Ideal for a few quiet days in nature. Would come back anytime
