Monthly Rentals in Louisville

Ivo's place was just perfect for my husband and myself. It is very clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. We liked the private entrance, the quiet neighborhood, and the proximity (easy walking distance) to the Coal Creek Trail and local shops. Ivo checked in to make sure all was well and was quickly responsive to a minor appliance glitch. We hope to stay there again on future visits to Lafayette.

Being this close to Main Street Louisville is a score. Huckleberry and Moxie for breakfast. Lulu’s and Lucky Pie for lunch/dinner. Sweet Cow for dessert, and Tilt for some family arcade fun. Best stay I’ve had to date.

Cute and cozy place! Location to cafes and local restaurants was wonderful. Would certainly stay here again.

We loved every minute of our stay at JoAnna's home. It was very clean with a wonderfully stocked kitchen, great for cooking. The home is filled with beauitful antique furniture pieces and lots of fun musical instruments. We loved spending time on the patio and in the amazing backyard, as well as having morning coffee on the front porch. The location could not be better, steps to the downtown and near beautiful parks. JoAnna was a gracious host checking in to make sure we were comfortable and had all that we needed for our stay. Truly a gem and one of our favorite stays. Thank you JoAnna for your hospitality we hope to come again.
