Ken’s place is a quaint cottage with a million dollar view of the River Shannon from the bedroom window and backyard. The drive up to the cottage is magical along the coast of the Shannon, and added to the experience. Overall, Ken was very responsive, easygoing, and helpful in addressing any queries that we had. Ken was also kind enough to allow us to stay with our cats, provided that we brought cat trees/scratchers to ensure that no damage was done to his furniture. We thoroughly enjoyed our 1.5 month long stay while we waited to close on the purchase of our house. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Ken!

Lovely staying at Ned's place! Would totally recommend for someone looking for some peaceful and cozy cottage at the country side! Close to small towns with lots of amenities and places to visit. Ned is super nice and very welcoming!

We had an amazing stay! The house was spotless, smelled fresh, and had all the essentials. The fire was on when we arrived, making it warm and welcoming, such a thoughtful touch! Margaret was a fantastic host—friendly and provided clear, helpful instructions. Every detail made our stay cozy and comfortable. The views were breathtaking, surrounded by the best of nature. A truly cozy and peaceful getaway. Highly recommend!

Had a great 2 night break in doonbeg The house was perfect for 2 people and v well equipped, had everything we needed. A welcome pack of milk, tea, coffee biscuits and chocolates was much appreciated Centrally located in village and 2 good restaurants nearby, v short walk. Great base if you are touring the area, would highly recommend it.
