The Stone Barn Cottage, Adare

DanRating, 5 stars7 months ago
We loved our stay in the cottage on David’s farm. It is compact, but with spacious bedrooms, each with a bathroom. It is oozing with charm, and decorated beautifully, with many of his mother’s lovely watercolors. Both of them helped us so much, with phone dialing and restaurant reservations and friendly chat. It’s just outside of the charming town of Adare, which is buzzing, so it’s especially nice to be removed into the peace and quiet of the large farm, on which you are free to roam and commune with the cattle. Wonderful!

Modern 2 bedroom apartment in scenic village

TrishRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Olive and Liam were very friendly and welcoming. The guest house is cosy and comfortable with everything you need. The village is a short walk where you can get food. We enjoyed Clancy's bar for a drink. Olive brought us fresh, warm scones for breakfast, which was a treat.

Adare Hillview Bungalow

KatieRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Kathy’s place is a home away from home! My family and I visited Adare for my dad’s birthday (Irish father!) and we needed a good base for travelling into Limerick city and surrounding areas to see family. Kathys house certainly provided this! Kathy’s communication was quick and clear and she gave local recommendations and provided a taxi number! Which was helpful when going into Adare town. Kathy’s guide book in the house was particularly helpful and check in process was smooth and simple! Kathy was extremely generous and left us an apple pie which was delicious! And other bits (milk, bread etc) which was greatly appreciated by all. The house was spotless and cannot fault at all. We enjoyed playing the games provided and certainly got competitive with the connect 4! Which was good fun. My personal favourite feature was the electric blanket!! I am going to purchase one when I’m back home🤣 Thank you Kathy for such a wonderful stay and being such a great host from start to finish! ☺️

Mary’s Place

We stayed at Mary’s over bank holiday weekend for my mom’s birthday. Mary was super helpful with details and recommendations prior to the visit and even bought a birthday cake for my mom (which was delicious!). The property was wonderful and Mary was the perfect host. We will definitely be returning and recommending to anyone visiting Ireland. Thank you Mary!!

Una and John are great hosts. We loved our stay at their place and we'll definitely stay there again. They were very flexible with check in times, had a lovely bottle of wine and mince pies waiting for us as well as breakfast supplies. The house was perfect. It was warm, comfortable and very clean with everything we needed for our stay over Christmas. Thanks Una and John for your hospitality.

Welcome to Peaceful Meadows Lodge on a farm!

KerryRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Absolutely stunning place. Very well cared for and immaculate inside. Very quiet and relaxing location, but a short drive from a few lovely restaurants, takeaways and supermarkets. We managed to see the Ring of Kerry, County Clare's coastline and a lot in between, so this made a fantastic base for us. We would happily return in a heartbeat.
