Vacation rentals with a patio in Los Olivos

Our stay at the Marlowe was fantastic. As an architect, I really appreciated the thoughtful touches of the interior design. We really enjoyed the movie poster art and all of the books. The kitchen and bathroom were spotless and had all of the amenities we needed. The Marlowe is also in a great location.We walked to the beach, breakfast, dinner and even all the shops in the funk zone. If we are ever back in Santa Barbara we would definitely like to stay here again.

This was one of, if not the best, AirBnB experiences we’ve had! The apartment was just like the photos and everything felt very new and clean while still being charming. The location also couldn’t be beat for walking to dinner and tasting rooms. There is also a place to get great coffee right out front. We will definitely be back!

Pamela and Steven were amazing hosts! Proactive communication and directions were very clear and easy. The bed was THE most comfy ever! Appreciated the coffee pods for the Keurig, sugar and they even offered to get us creamer. They supplied bottles of water and healthy snack bars too in the fully stocked kitchen. The Williams Sonoma soaps and room sprays were lovely! They really thought of everything and were so sweet! We would definitely return!

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay here. The home was equipped with everything we needed to feel right at home. We enjoyed local restaurants, wineries, and the casino (all walking distance). We can't wait to go back.

This was an amazing place to stay in Santa Barbara! So charming, clean and such a great location! Walkable to so many things to do and see! Hosts provided great recommendations for local tours and were very responsive to questions! Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed it. Cute place a little tiny for 3 but excellent location w many things to do around the hood. If I had a magic wand I'd say the only thing id add is an additional bathroom downstairs

We had a great stay at L Perera's condo in Goleta. It was clean and perfectly located for what we needed to do. Check in was easy and L Perera was a great communicator and was gracious and flexible with some travel changes we needed to make. We would stay again !

We had such a good time at Amy’s place! The place was super clean and we loved the coffee and snacks she left for us. Would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed our stay. Renee was very responsive and friendly. Only thing I would have changed was maybe more blankets and towels available. Other than that, everything was perfect !

James was incredibly kind and helpful before and during our stay. The home was super spacious, a close walk to town, and we were even able to make s’mores one evening, which the kids thoroughly enjoyed. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and would be delighted to return in the future!

This house was very clean, private, beds were comfy and plenty of bath towels for our party of 6, great coffee and the yard was so nice!!

We really enjoyed staying here. Chrystine was friendly and responsive, we felt welcome and comfortable in the house, and it was a great home base for a number of activities in Santa Ynez and the surrounding area.

We had a great stay at Sarah and Mario’s. We were in town for a wedding. Hosts were friendly and quick to respond. They had a good recommendations for local sites. The location is spectacular. You are one block off the main Solvang scene so everything is in walking distance but you are far from the noise. The house is as described and comfortable. The space heaters took some getting used to in each room. The one in the en-suite bedroom made a bit of noise which interrupted some sleep. One of the sleeping spaces is separated from the living room by a curtain which didn’t please our dauther. The kitchen although well stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils, didn’t include any spices or cooking oils, etc. We did end up finding bulk spices, including salt and pepper available at the Nature’s Market down the road. Ultimately, we had a good stay and enjoyed the house. Lots of room for all of us and great location!

Melissa’s place was amazing and exactly as described. I am super particular and really go through reviews before booking an Airbnb, and this place was definitely worth it. Melissa was great! We had one small issue and she responded immediately to help out. We definitely recommend this property and hope to stay again the next time we are in Santa Maria.

Lara's place is great. It is all set with all that you need for cooking. The two bedrooms are very private, and both have their own bathroom very near. The best part is the location. You can easily walk all the way to the top of the "plaza portion" of State Street in 30 minutes, and even closer are lots of restaurants and bars. Then, in the other direction is the beach, pier, and marina. We never moved our car while we were visiting. There is also a grocery store 3 blocks away, so easy access to all that you need for a great stay.

The place is clean and cozy, and the location is great. Close to the beach and to the downtown. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a lovely stay here. We loved the high ceiling and lightness and airiness of this place, but especially the balcony overlooking the trees and Honda Park. My favourite part of the day was drinking my tea first thing in the morning on the balcony and watching the birds in the trees. The beds and generously sized sectional sofa were exceptionally comfortable so we slept very well and felt right at home. Our host Maddie had to be the most responsive of any airbnb place we've ever stayed in. She always responded to us almost immediately in a very positive manner. The adult only pool was right outside our door which we made daily use of; I believe there is another pool for families. That being said, this is a very quiet neighbourhood, and while we enjoy quiet, we almost felt as if we had to tiptoe around the place so as not to disturb anyone. We would certainly book again, but would not recommend for anyone with noisy children.
