What a great place in a great spot! The house is beautiful, calm, clean, and so relaxing. The location is in a great spot for walking to downtown or the beach. The yard is wonderful to hang out in and the whole place feels like a nice zen escape from business elsewhere—one of my favorite stays ever! Also, kind and very helpful hosts!

Great place with a fantastic location. We were traveling with our in laws so needed somewhere where we could be close to one another and a short walk from town, but since we have a baby and a four year old, also needed a separate living room. This place checked all of our boxes. I also have to shout out the king sized bed which was SO comfortable. It wasn’t the cheapest option, but it’s definitely a gem.

Our family of 5 enjoyed Christmas at Dana's beautiful apartment in Santa Barbara. The neighborhood is perfect location for quiet and a cozy comfortable location. The apartment has great views - much light from the many windows - kitchen well stocked - beds are comfy and we really felt at home staying there. The unit is roomy and we liked having parking on the premisis. Full laundry room was a huge benefit. I recommend this for all ages and occasions. Dana was responsive to our only two requests: help with the Apple TV.

David was very proactive with communication which we really appreciated. We found the house to be a good distance to the main downtown area and the beach. Approximately a mile walk to restaurants and breweries we visited. Walk to the Maritime museum can be a bit trying with kids going under the highway but doable, but they do have plenty of parking so that's an option during this time of year. Drive up to Santa Ynez for wine tasting is 40 minutes with some great options, we loved Roblar Winery. We opted for breakfast cooked by Maria option and loved the food and interaction with the chef, Maria. You have to try her homemade salsa, it's amazing! Overall a great time in Santa Barbara, thanks to David and crew for hosting and making the experience unforgettable!

Lovely townhome in a small complex on a residential street in West Beach. Very quiet, close to beaches and the Funk Zone. Kathryn provided clear check in and "house essential" instructions. The main living area is spacious, very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Appreciate the cooking supplies that were available for meal prep. Would definitely stay here again.

Christina's apartment was just what we expected: A peaceful, well appointed space attached to a beautiful Spanish style home, where we could relax, rest, and just be. It is in a quiet neighborhood just down the street from an open space preserve, and within a 12 minute drive of downtown Santa Barbara/ State Street area and beach. Christina was friendly, easy-going and accommodating, checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Couldn't have been better. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Carla’s home in Santa Barbara! From the moment we arrived, everything was warm and welcoming. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt incredibly comfortable—like a home away from home. The location was also perfect—close to everything, yet peaceful and quiet. We’re so grateful to Carla for sharing her beautiful space with us and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

I couldn’t have found a better place to stay if I tried. For the price, the place was incredibly roomy and very conveniently located. Anywhere you need to go in Santa Barbara will be a very short drive away, and lots of great restaurants or stores are within walking distance. The property is beautiful, well kept, and surrounded by fruit trees. I was never disturbed in the slightest by noise or other people. And Miriam couldn’t have been friendlier or more communicative and responsive. She also kindly offered me some of her home-grown bananas—genuinely the best bananas I have ever had. If you have the opportunity to stay here, please do. Once I spent a few days here, I realized how lucky I was to have found it. I doubt any other choice could have come close. Thank you Miriam!

Place was great. Very quaint, clean and a good size for a family. The piggies and llamas right outside our window were a great bonus especially since we have a kiddo who loves animals. My only complaint would be the beds. They make a lot of noise when you move around. But everything else is great.

This was the perfect getaway—peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by nature. We stayed with our 9-month-old and loved exploring the property and taking in the tranquil atmosphere. The location was perfectly accessible to the nearby wineries, Solvang, and walking distance to a great little hike with a waterfall. The hosts were welcoming and very easy to communicate with. No cell service on the property, but the WiFi was good. We would absolutely recommend this place and hope to visit again!
