Krista and Brad were lifesavers! They were incredibly kind during our evacuation. The space is so great and perfect what we needed. Very close to beach and shops. Cute yard and super private.

The house is beautiful and tucked away in the hills. I would recommend to anyone looking for a secluded get away with easy access to wineries, restaurants, and the beach.

Beautiful, beautiful home. I visited with my wife and two small children, and the enclosed yard was perfect for us. The home is in a great location with restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Alexis was very communicative and available in case we needed anything. I highly recommend this home, and we hope to stay here again on our next SB visit.

Fantastic place! One of the few that had 3 full bedrooms with large beds. Perfect for a professional retreat!

Our family’s stay in Santa Barbara was made so comfortable by this lovely home! It was so well equipped with all the kitchen and bath necessities, and it was so pleasant to look out toward the mountains while relaxing in the open living space. The location was so convenient and walkable to the beach, to State St., to 101, and to food markets and many dining options. The train made minimal noise on a predictable schedule and we enjoyed watching it come and go! We easily explored Santa Barbara from this easy and pleasant home base. We booked this home since it's right down the street from family. It was perfect for our needs, we weren't home much as we mostly hung out with our family at their house but everything we needed was there - linens, kitchen gear, etc. I will try to seek this home out again when coming back out to visit.

Spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds. House was well stocked with high quality detergents for dish and clothes washing. We appreciated the hot tub after strenuous hikes!

Gorgeous place steps from the beach! The view from the roof was a highlight with 360 views of the mountains and red tile roofs all around. The kitchen was gorgeous and spacious. We loved our stay. There was no A/C but this was not an issue as we would just open windows in the morning to let in some fresh ocean breeze. Might be something to be aware of in hotter months.

I recently stayed at this Airbnb, and it exceeded my expectations! The house was exactly as shown in the photos, if not better. Parking was a breeze, with ample space right in front of the house. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The living room and kitchen were impeccably maintained, making the stay even more enjoyable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need – from pots and pans of all sizes to plates, spoons, bowls, chopsticks, ziplock bags, and aluminum foil. It truly felt like a home away from home. The overall ambiance of the house provided a sense of solace and relaxation during my stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained getaway.

Truly an amazing property. Loved seeing the deer and the bobcat in the mornings. I felt like I was in Yellowstone. The place was fully stocked with everything you need. Felt like we were at home. This place is fully furnished and every kitchen appliance and utensils you would ever need. Erin’s place is exceptional beautiful. Thank you for sharing this property with us.

Cozy house that feels like home. Everything works well despite the place itself being a hundred years old- that was a part of the charm. Jacuzzi worked well and the nearby coffee place is a gem. Recommend staying here when you’re in SB.
