Vacation rentals with beach access in Los Muertos Beach

Great place to stay. I would say that it’s more geared towards couples rather than families as it’s located next to a large club. The beach was nice and the hotel staff were very friendly. We did have two nights where music was playing extremely loud. This was not the hotels fault but something to be aware of. It was very walkable but far enough out of the city to be a little more peaceful. The only other part that got annoying was there are a lot of guys that try to sell you drugs constantly outside of the hotel property which got a little annoying. Overall confortable place to stay. Just a few things to be aware of.

From my arrival to departure the host was aware of what I needed, as for the condominium everything was excellent, it is located in a very quiet area and with easy access to the beach. It has good 24-hour security and access is very controlled which generates peace of mind as a guest. The place is just as it appears in the photographs, we really loved it, I definitely recommend it and hope to come back someday

Perfect location! Quiet, yet close enough to town. The grounds are clean and well kept. The area felt safe and has beautiful views. Friendly staff. The place is actually bigger than what seems in the photos with tasteful furnishings. Would absolutely stay here again.

We loved Mery’s place! It was nice and comfortable for my family and I. We enjoyed the location as it was really close to the beach/boardwalk and cute shops/restaurants. Would definitely stay again! Just know that there is a door that connects the two rooms:)

The condo is as pictured. The pool and beach area are very nice. Any issues that we had were delt with right away. The person responsible for our check in made sure we were able to access the suite right at arrival and she was very quick to respond for anything we asked about.

Rob's apartment is a hidden gem, perfectly located within walking distance of the city center and nearby restaurants and shops. The stunning view from the room is a standout feature, and the responsive hosts, Rob and manager Alfredo, ensure a comfortable stay. The hotel pool in front of the apartment plays lively music on weekends, which can be slightly loud. However, the music stops by 11 pm, and closing the windows effectively reduces the sound to a barely noticeable level. Weekdays offer a tranquil atmosphere with the soothing sound of waves. The apartment boasts a comfortable mattress and stylish furniture, creating an inviting ambiance that makes it hard to leave. Highly recommended for those seeking a convenient location, breathtaking views, and a memorable stay!

Another amazing stay at Dan’s place. Can’t beat the proximity to the beach and the views are unmatched. Recent upgrade in the shower was very nice. Shows how well maintained Dans place is and always something new or upgraded from previous stay. Dan is always very responsive should you need anything and on-site staff also always available for assistance. Very safe and secure as well. If you’re coming to PV, this is the place to stay. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience and location! Rosie was super helpful, friendly and kind. she went out of her way with providing a few snacks and fruit right as we got there. flexible check in and out times which really helped us out! location was amazing! great pool looking over a public beach. quiet location, but walkable to many shops, restaurants and nightlife. really great indoor outdoor feel, laundry onsite, and super responsive host!!! had a chef come and cook for us, Rosa's daughter and her son who Rosie recommended and organized for us and they were amazing, such delicious food! would highly recommend chicken fajitas with a side of shrimp. loved our time here will definitely come back!

Casa don Pepe exceeded expectations! Main living area and all bedrooms spacious and clean, each bedroom with own ensuite and shower made it easy for our large family to live together. (5 couples- 2 with toddlers!) All services and arrangements went smoothly- with responsive host. Could not ask for lovelier ocean views!! Would love to return again:)

We had a great time here it was 12 of us so it was perfect for a big group! It’s also in a really good area close to a lot of things like the Malecon, Restaurants and Stores!!

Great place. We rented all the apartments including the house and studio. We had our 10th family reunion for 10 days, and everyone was impressed and loved the place. The pool and garden was cleaned everyday, they came and cleaned after 7 days (every week). The owner was very attentive and was always there when we needed him. Hands down best airbnb we've ever stayed on, and we've stayed in airbnbs every year.

Xavier’s place was beautiful right on the beach. He is very responsive and helpful. Karina the chef was unable to come due to being sick and Xavier found us another chef that was also very good. Highly recommends. Amazing host!

Cesar was an excellent host. The house was right on the water, just like it was described. It was clean, beautiful, well maintained and even has a pool. Would 100% recommend staying here.

Stayed for 8 nights with 16 people, 8 adults and 8 kids. Great location, walkable to the beach and many great restaurants. The host was very kind, responsive, and helpful. The pool was great for lounging and playing for kids. Outdoor patio was also a great place to hang out. Note that the location is right next to a big stage for a resort so you can hear the music very clearly in the evenings but it stops by 10/10:30pm. The plumbing could use some maintenance and kitchen pans and knives are also well-loved. We brought our own pan which helped us not have to eat teflon for breakfast. All in all a great place to stay. We would go back!

We had an incredible stay! The place was fantastic, with great views, perfect lighting, and a lovely balcony. The pool was amazing, and we felt like we had it all to ourselves since there was only one other person there during our three-day stay.

The location is slightly north of the the main town, but its a lovey stroll down the road or beach! There is some noise from the highway and construction fairly close but we didn't find it unreasonably loud.

Great stay at Delcanto for a family vacation (2 adults, 3 teens). The condo is in good condition, well furnished, has beautiful views (we were able to see whales and dolphins from the balcony, bring a binocular if you have one) and a good layout (comfortable stay for 5 people). Kitchen is well equipped (high-end gas stove was nice) and beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are somewhat dated but large and functional. Delcanto is a quiet property with beautiful grounds, nice infinity pools and an easy beach access. The beach is sandy (no rocks unlike other beaches in the area), has a lot of chairs and umbrellas and property staff are friendly and helpful. Great communication, local activities and restaurants recommendations from Paul and Mariana. No crowds, noise or timeshare pitches - a peaceful paradise. We rented a car so getting to places and buying groceries was easy, otherwise would need to cab everywhere (there aren’t many things walking distance). Would definitely stay again

Alain's property was absolutely perfect for a quiet, relaxing stay in Puerto Vallarta. The suite was the perfect size for two couples and very comfortable. The rest of the complex is stunning. There is a large, lower pool area just above the ocean with a 30 m pool for anyone who would like to swim laps as well as a rooftop pool area which had stunning views and a beautiful pool. As one other review mentioned, the listing does not mention the incredible food available on site. You can order for room service or eat at the restaurant. We ate there quite frequently as the food was excellent and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. That being said the property is on the edge of the Zone Romantica which is easily reachable via the beach or a short Uber ride. We had excellent meals at both Bonita Kitchen and La Palapa which were recommended by the host. Alain was very helpful and responsive. We briefly lost hot water and the problem was fixed within 3-4 hours.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this Kevin's airbnb – it’s the best place to stay! I've had the pleasure of returning several times and the unit itself is absolutely beautiful – modern, clean, and with all the comforts you could want. The views from the balcony are stunning. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city. The staff is incredibly friendly and goes out of their way to make sure our stay is great - whether it's offering local recommendations or providing quick assistance with anything. The location and building are unbeatable as well. The multiple pools and restaurant/bars are so nice to have on property, and it is just a short drive from Zona Romantica, so its peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. The rooftop pool has impeccable views. You won't regret staying here!

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The views were amazing! The place was clean, super comfortable king size bed and well stocked kitchen. It was walking distance to the local grocery store and safe to walk. Love that we had access to the beach as well. Host was very responsive. We would stay here again.
