Amazing place on foot of playa, a very quiet place with playa bonita. We were able to be with our pet and all the staff were very friendly. There are several restaurants where you can go walking. We asked for thinner pillows and how they didn't have the same camarist made us some. It was a great detail <3 Best of all is the proximity to the sea, you can see it from your bed/dining room and tmbn hear it. We will definitely love to come back

Good location, and peaceful space. Great restaurant right outside the door. The romantic zone can be loud and busy so we found this place to be just far enough away to retreat from the noise when needed. A peaceful little oasis that was tastefully decorated and beautifully designed. We would stay here again.

This place is in a great spot, just a few minutes’ walk to the beach and close to lots of restaurants and bars. The space is clean and comfortable, and everything is easy to get to on foot. Perfect for fun stay.

Gabriela was very responsive to all messages. Hard to describe the view off the balcony in words, something dreams are made of. We did not need the ac in the living room bc the cool breeze was always flowing with all the doors opened. Ac in the rooms were plenty cold at night. Location is about a mile walk to the beach, walking downhill made it an easy walk. Address is so new it doesn’t show on the Uber app yet. Not particularly close to any restaurants but uber is only $5 ride literally anywhere. Private pool was the size of a 10 person hot tub, but their shared pool on the 2nd floor was huge! Gym equipment was available anytime of day with a lot of equipment as well. Beautiful home with breathtaking views, sometimes you can see whales from the balcony! Would def recommend this to all our friends. Thank you for sharing your home with us Gabriela! We will be back!

Rob's apartment is a hidden gem, perfectly located within walking distance of the city center and nearby restaurants and shops. The stunning view from the room is a standout feature, and the responsive hosts, Rob and manager Alfredo, ensure a comfortable stay. The hotel pool in front of the apartment plays lively music on weekends, which can be slightly loud. However, the music stops by 11 pm, and closing the windows effectively reduces the sound to a barely noticeable level. Weekdays offer a tranquil atmosphere with the soothing sound of waves. The apartment boasts a comfortable mattress and stylish furniture, creating an inviting ambiance that makes it hard to leave. Highly recommended for those seeking a convenient location, breathtaking views, and a memorable stay!

We've stayed there for 6 years and just love everything about it. Great friendly neighborhood and easy to walk to places. Hopefully we'll be back next year.

My time at Francisco's place was quite good. Francisco helped with anything requested and was very quick to respond to queries or issues concerning the property. Like others noted, it is located on a steep hill, but this is great for exercise! The location is ideal if you want to walk to the Romantic zone or just around 5 de diciembre. Francisco's hospitality will make you want to return to Puerto Vallarta.

Definitely a place to return, it fulfills everything it has to offer and Hector is a very friendly and approachable host. I highly recommend it.

Great deal! Lots of restos with delicious eats nearby, 10 to 15 mins away from Zona Romantica by car. Clean place, comes with washer and dryer, spacious bathroom. Great and responsive hosts!

The location of this unit is perfect! Very close proximity to the bars, restaurants, and boardwalk of Zona Romantica. The host was helpful and friendly and we loved staying here.

Cherry and Nicholas were wonderful hosts! We only met Nicholas briefly, but enjoyed a drink and chat with Cherry out on the patio one evening during our stay. Cherry was very responsive and accommodating, including early check in and late check out. The place itself is great as well! The outdoor patio area is absolutely beautiful. Exploring Boca de Tomatlán and the nearby beaches is a must! We would definitely recommend Cherry and Nicholas’ places to anyone thinking of staying in Boca and cannot wait to return again some day. We really enjoyed our time at Luis's place. It gave us a really good idea of how living in PV would be. Lots of loud traffic and neighborhood sounds, but that is part of the charm. It's a great location, not far from town, with several great taco stands and restaurants really close. If you like carnitas for breakfast there is a stand just down to the next street on the left. If you like Seafood, Los Lirios is a great choice. Romantic Wok 2 blocks down on the left. Laundry on site, but lavandaria close by for 70 pesos. We loved our daily walk to town and back. It is at the beginning of a very steep hill so our legs got a great workout everyday. The bus is really close and cabs are always available too. The bed was firm and could benefit from a new mattress. The main living area does not have A/C so we kept it open most of the time. We had flying/biting guests frequently. The kitchen was well stocked and included 5gal water for entire stay. We would book this location again.

I really enjoyed my 3 week stay at Casa Linda Vista. Alex is an extremely attentive host. He was very helpful throughout my stay and made sure that I was nicely settled in during my first couple of days. The terrace is what attracted me in the photos and it did not disappoint. It’s massive and offers great views, the spa and a hammock! You can spend all of your time there or just go down the hill and find amazing local businesses, cultural activities, restaurants and the beaches. The Melacon is a short walk away. Being so close to everything, I was worried about the noise but the neighbourhood is surprisingly quiet at night. I was able to leave all the sliding patio doors open to bring in the evening breezes. Added bonuses included laundry, filtered drinking water and the use of chairs and umbrella for the beach!

Thank you Ayman for a wonderful stay. The no window thing was not a problem for me and kept the outside noise to almost zero effect. The condo was exactly as in the photos. Thank you to Aymen’s management and cleaning staff for all there help in make our stay perfect. The kitchen was very well equipped the best I have seen. The condo was very comfortable and homie. Just was extremely responsive. Place was just perfect. Next to a grocery store. Easy 20 minute bus ride to downtown or a quick Uber ride. Ubers available within 3 min. Super clean. Great view of bay and cruise ships. Rooftop pool. Security 24/7. Building very clean. Nothing bad to say about this place except that we would have liked to stay longer had we had the time. Thanks

The place was great. comfortable, very clean and they were very friendly to let us stay couple hours more for a fee but it was worth the fee. The area felt very safe. it was close to a shopping center, and close bus stop. The owner had a 5 gallon water for drinking.The pool area was clean not to crowded. I felt at home, The price was worth it.

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location. The unit was just as pictured. Everything was extremely clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, we slept well every night of our stay. The internet was high speed and perfectly capable of handling all current necessary functions to maintain confidence of connection when working remotely. Both TV’s offer easy sign in access to apps like YouTube, Netflix, and HBO. The building is brand new and everything looks absolutely beautiful. Both swimming pools were luxurious and inviting, and there was plenty of lounge furniture for everyone to spread out. The building is close to all the best parts of the Romantic Zone, while still being removed just enough to escape the late night noise from the many restaurants, bars and clubs..The buildings position on the river makes it a great location for bird watching and relaxing outside. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and will keep Oasis at the top of our list when we return to the city.

The apartment was spotless and easy to find and check into. The windows in the entry allows a lot of sun which makes it a nice bright place to stay. The Murphy bed was very comfortable. Overall a great place to rent!

The departamwmt9 is beautiful with a spectacular view. The only detail when arriving is that as the depa is big, the air-conditioning takes to cool down. Once cooling it stays cool. The pool area is very nice. The beach is wide. Although it is in front of the sea, if you like to get into the sea you will have to walk a little more than normal to cross the beach. I recommend if they go chavos bring their balls to play on the beach. There they don't lend you anything there And I also recommend bringing ice cream, allow you to bring it down with drinks and/or food while not lowering any glass in the pool . Our stay was very pleasant.
