The cottage was perfect for our family. Great location with parking and the added bonus of a hot tub. Lovely restaurants and places to visit . Fireworks on New Year’s Eve were fantastic.

We had a great few days in Paul’s apartment over New Years. The welcome package was greatly appreciated. It was really clean and situated in a quiet part of the village; great if you have a toddler. I would thoroughly recommend this to anyone.

We had a fantastic stay at this property, the house was beautiful, views were spectacular - even in undesirable winter weather, that green estuary!! Fantastic. The house itself was well equipped, comfortable, cosy and even had some Christmas decorations up to welcome us, as well as a little welcome pack of scones, jam, butter, milk and tea & coffee sachets to start us off! Superb. The entire bed set-up was incredibly comfortable - beware of early starts!! :) Can only imagine how lovely this property must be during favourable months, with all the balcony space and outdoor seating (which we did still manage to enjoy a little in late December). We would definitely revisit this house in the future and would recommend. Thank you for a fantastic stay. All the best to the hosts in 2025, Rosie & Dan.

This is such a lovely flat, very comfortable bed .A kitchen with all the items you need. All very clean and well presented. The view is just amazing! We would definitely recommend it. We feel so lucky to have found this little treasure in Cornwall.
