Plenty of parking space for having two boats. Clean house, comfortable beds, and close proximity to boat ramps and town for groceries.

Clean, private, quiet. Perfect home base if you’re planning a trip to Eufaula with lots of parking and everything you’d need for a home away from home. We made use of the fully stocked kitchen and the fans in every room were great for sleeping.

Very clean home right next to the lake. Beds were comfy and we enjoyed using the fire pit to make smores. Quiet and peaceful surroundings. Hoping to back in the summer!

We really enjoyed this quiet location. It was very clean and comfortable and just what we needed to relax. It was easy to find with clear instructions from the host. You will travel a little bit on a well-maintained gravel road so you may kick up some gravel on your vehicle. There was a little bit of a learning curve regarding the mini split air system but once we figured it out, the heat setting was good. We did figure out we needed to take showers with the door open if we wanted warm air in the bathroom. We had everything we needed provided by the host. We tried a couple of the recommended restaurants and had good food and service. We did not use any of the appliances or t.v. during our stay. We did not use any of the Patriot Pointe amenities as the weather was much cooler. We did drive around the neighborhood and enjoy views of the lake. We did spy some deer and turkey on the last morning.
