Vacation rentals with a balcony in London Borough of Southwark

Responsive host, good location and good sized accommodation for the weekend. Would recommend staying here.

This flat was perfect for our stay in the London area. It was comfortable, quiet, and close to public transportation (Overground and District Lines). The cottage chic decor made us feel right at home and the deck overlooking the park was an excellent place to sit and spend our evenings after work. It was conveniently located with a Sainsbury's right around the corner and easy access to restaurants and other parks. My spouse had easy commutes to the National Archives, Royal Archives (Windsor), and the British Library, while I was able to set up my remote work space and work comfortably from the flat. A short walk over to Gunnersbury and there was a great location to walk, grab some lunch, or even work in one of the public outdoor "work pods". We take frequent research trips (and family vacations) to the UK. I will definitely check the availability of this flat for our return trip!

We loved staying in this flat with our two kids. It was close (walking distance) to so many great places. Communication by host was detailed and we did not encounter any difficulties at all with entering the apartment. The flat has all you need, is very bright and great for a stay by upto 4 people

overall it was good but the host needs to be a bit more considerate as we had rented this place for over 3 months and they still charged us a very big amount for checkin and checkout cleaning fees as their standard charges. Also the dishwasher was not working and the tea kettle was full of filth.

Ger was not there but was always concerned about our stay and comfort. Ghe flat was impeccable and comfortable and peaceful

I wrote to Helia after an emergency situation with a dishonest airbnb host. She responded within hours and we were able to move in to her lovely apartment within 12 hours. We were very grateful for her speedy reactivity. The apartment is beautiful, very spacious , stylish, homely & comfortable, and huge windows ( but lots of privacy). Short walking distance to local cafes, tube, buses, Hampstead Heath within 25 mins ( very nice restaurants and local shops) . We stayed 5 nights but the apartment is set up with everything to make a short or long term stay like home from home. it was really a very enjoyable stay and we will be booking again for our next London visit.

Beautiful, very well maintained property in a great location. Jonathan was super helpful and responsive. We were five people using three bedrooms and we had plenty of room. Two small outdoor spaces with great views from the 6th floor. Located in the heart of Shoreditch with plenty of restaurants and good public transit. Would return for another visit in a heartbeat.

What a lovely house. My colleagues and I stayed for the week as we were working locally. The house was exactly what we needed, a real home away from home. Big, lovely bedrooms with super comfy beds. An inviting living room for relaxing in the evenings. Modern kitchen and bathrooms! Only a 3 minute walk to the nearest tube station so access to the city is also great. And two spacious car parking spots on the drive, ideal for our work van. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone!

Sandra was so kind and helpful. I stayed at the Airbnb for 4 nights and I appreciated having the kitchen setup. Sandra even left fresh fruit, yogurt and coffee which were lovely touches. Sandra had a nice guide and suggestions for places to visit in Kew Gardens. I would love to stay at her place again. She was also very kind to my elderly father.

A beautiful home in a great location. The kitchen was super well stocked and the house was very stylish and comfortable. The garden was absolutely lovely and the door into the park was a fun addition. Monica was friendly and helpful and left gifts for our kids which was a lovely touch. Only a few minutes walk to Mile End station and 10 minutes or so to Roman Road with lots of great restaurants and cafes. We would love to stay again.

Alex was a fantastic host and the house is the perfect base camp for exploring London. We loved our stay, the house is full of beautiful art and is very cosy. Hard to leave, we will be coming back.

It is better than expected and when we got in it was a pleasant surprise. Stylish and functional. Please mind there are lots of steep stairs to get to both levels.

I have stayed in this flat previously as a guest and was happy to return. It's a beautiful period building on a lovely quiet street, but close in to the Angel tube and literally hundreds of pubs and restaurants. We did not use the kitchen but it looked to be well set up. The bed in the main bedroom was comfy and the temperature in the flat was easy to adjust and maintain. Love the styling in this place. Thanks Andy!

The flat had been very accurately described by Jayme and other guests. He responded very quickly with the couple of issues I raised. Location great. Became familiar with local amenities and great cafes. Excellent buses which I used extensively.

Exactly as described, Joanne’s place was a home away from home. Lovely and warm even in the rain, we enjoyed coming back every night. 5 mins to train ration on a major line. We will be back.

Gary's place is in a great location and will allow you to visit London on foot. It is impeccably clean, with a very comfortable bed and a great breakfast (fruits, coffee, milk, cereals, toast.....). We felt like we were alone in the apartment since we met Gary only at the beginning and at the end of the stay. He's extremely discreet. Finally, Gary is extremely friendly, we arrived in the middle of the night 4 hours late, but Gary still took the time to welcome us (again sorry Gary!) Thanks Gary, and I will see you soon 😉

Perfect amount of space needed and overall was a great stay for the short period I needed to be in London. Was walkable to the train stations nearby to get nearly anywhere in London in a short period of time. Will most definitely consider Rob's place for the future.
