Great house in a great location with off road parking. A short walk from the river and town. Would stay again 😊

This townhouse has wonderful character and was perfect for our family of 6. Coffee/tea making was a cinch, and the 21/2 bathrooms worked out very well. Air circulation was easy with windows that open on the main floor, to the terrace, and bedroom floors plus fans to help with the heat. As some other guests have mentioned, there are stairs as one floor's rooms are closed off. The host's directions are clear and intuitive, and he was very accommodating in our arrival and departure times. There is ready access to the tube and a nearby park. The location leaves a bit to be desired in terms of trendy stores, restaurants, or cafes - it's quite a walk to Clapham. Convenience stores are within easy walking distance however. We would welcome a return trip to this location and highly recommend it to anyone contemplating a stay. The one improvement I would suggest is more detailed directions on the use of the washer & dryer, and perhaps the espresso coffee maker. The French press we could manage!

Elsa’s place is great for a stay outside the hustle and bustle of central London. An easy 15 minute walk to the tube that will take you straight to the centre, we used this as a base for a gig at Hyde Park and travel was incredibly easy. The space is comfortable, private and clean with everything you need and Elsa kept in touch to ensure we could easily access the property. The use of the drive way was also incredibly useful. Would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our brief stay in this lovely, tranquil annex. Great accommodation and facilities. It was a shame the front door was not working so entry/exit was via bedroom. Also, shower would have benefitted from descaling to avoid water spraying around wet room. These were just minor niggles. Overall, a great place to stay and we would return.

Jen is a very responsive and available host. The apartment is well located, with good access to public transport to easily reach the center of London. The accommodation is perfectly equipped. We would love to come back if we come back to London. Thank you also for breakfast, it is a much appreciated attention! ✨

We had a great stay. Very quiet, peaceful location. The garden was amazing and we enjoyed using the BBQ in the warm weather. The kitchen living space was really practical for our family . Frances is a really responsive host and our check in and checkout was seamless.

Great stay at Antonio's - ideal location and price for a month stay. Antonio was helpful and quick to respond to messages. He met me at the flat to show me how everything worked which was really helpful. The location is ideal for Deptford and the DLR. A couple of things which might be good to know: you can hear the DLR trains from the flat as they go right outside - I used ear plugs for the first night or 2 but then quickly got used to it and it wasn't an issue for sleeping etc. Secondly, there's no parking space with the flat but you can bring a car right outside the block (just press the buzzer at the barrier) to upload / load and there is free parking on some of the surrounding roads. The flat is comfy and there's lots of useful bits and pieces you might need supplied in the flat - clothes dryer, bathroom products, tea, coffee etc. All in all I was really pleased with the flat and would definitely stay again.

I really enjoyed my stay here because there were lots of restaurants with plenty of variety, public transportation was super close and the places was so comfortable to stay in. I felt very cozy at this flat. It is a bit far from the touristy areas but you won't have trouble getting there if that's what you want to do. I only dealt with AnneMarie, the co-host, who was always quick to respond and come up with solutions. When the wifi went out, she was very responsive in getting it back up again. She also gave very clear instructions for checking in and getting to the place. The place is exactly like the photos with a wonderful shower, a piano and a Bluetooth to hook up your music. You can hear the upstairs neighbors here and there but they aren't loud. And the outside traffic isn't too loud either. I was able to sleep soundly, though I'm used to city noise. All in all, it was a wonderful stay. I felt very at home the entire time.

I stayed in one of Hughes apartments in the city of London for the last 7 days The apartment was the perfect location. It was beautiful inside with stunning views. The apartment was an immaculate and the service was five stars. He was on hand no matter what i needed. He was the most helpful giving me so much information on the best spots to visit as well as local food & activities to do. The apartment was a maculate and the service was five stars. Great location - the apartment was in excellent condition, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Silvia who checked me in and showed me the facilities (spa facilities, lovely swimming pool, gym,...) was lovely. The location was ideal, with easy access to public transport, shops, and restaurants. Having stayed with StarHost before, I can confidently say their service remains outstanding. I'll definitely book this place again in the future when in London.

We were very satisfied with this modern, well-equipped apartment located in a new area of London, close to the Underground and a good supermarket. The building itself has some attractive amenities, such as a roof-top terrace. Highly recommendable.

We stayed at Debbie’s place for 32 nights in July/August 2022. Our experience was totally great. We enjoyed the whole area as it was friendly, safe and tranquil. The neighborhood is just amazing. The groceries are nearby within walking distance. There is a close park which is breathtaking. The location of the building is amazing it’s just on the Thames River. The underground and buses are very close within walking distance as well as the river taxi. All facilities like gym, swimming pool, 24/7 security service, parking, concierge are available which makes it an excellent place to live for a long period of time. Also, our host Debbie and her family are so nice and welcoming. They supported us during our stay and provided help whenever needed. We would love to repeat the experience for sure if we will go to London again.

We had a wonderful holiday in Elsa’s apartment. It’s definitely the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in, not just the apartment and good value for London, but Elsa herself, who was very kind, empathetic, and helpful as I cancelled many times! The key collection worked like clockwork and the location was perfect - Gloucester Rd very near with the Piccadilly line - far better than the Circle. Also great restaurants and a very friendly environment. Thank you Elsa!

We stayed at Bob’s for a month in summer. It was located in a great spot of London with easy access to all other areas by bus and train. The neighbours are quite and friendly. The property feels like home, and was good value for the area. Bob was very proactive with communication and helped us with everything we could have needed. Thanks again for having us!

Great location just a few steps from a bus stop that takes you into central London in about 20 mins . There are also shops nearby . The accommodation was spotless and very cool and some nice quirky touches . Coffee pod machine and pods included was a nice touch .

The space was exactly as listed, with all amenities and more. The hosts were friendly and available if we needed. We would absolutely recommend this Airbnb and these dedicated hosts!

I had booked this London home for my parents who were visiting my sister. The comments below are their review of Henry's place "We spent 12 days at Henry's basement apartment and it was wonderful. Location - Very central and just a short walk to Stockwell station where you have access to both the Northern and Victoria line. Lidl and Tesco express were very close by for groceries. The area is very green and the house is in the middle of a quiet lane with proximate access to the main Clapham road. Enough pubs and restaurants in the surrounding area Accommodation - Nice one bedroom plus a large living room with a sofa-cum bed which doubled as the bedroom for our daughter who stayed with us. Functional kitchen and proper bathroom. The best part was that we had access to the inside garden with sitting space which was one of our favourite spots. Hosts - Henry and his wife are terrific hosts , accommodating and super considerate. They gave us an early check in as our flight landed early an

This is an exceptional place. Couldn’t believe it had so much privacy and space while being 30 seconds from the middle of Crouch End. You’re miles from your neighbours. It’s surrounded by trees and has off-road private parking, but you’re a couple of steps from a great bit of town. Amazing. Lots of tasteful character while being clean, modern and well appointed. Would be sweet in the summer but was super cozy during Storm Darragh. Suzy the host was lovely and communicative and helpful. Very highly recommended.

This place helped make our stay a pleasant one! We traveled to 5 adults, 1 3 year old and a 1 year old baby. The decoration was not very suitable and we had to be very careful with everything. 😋 I would also recommend offering as an option (for a fee if necessary) a crib because it was not easy for us to put the baby to sleep and leave it safe. Otherwise we are very happy and recommend this place!
