Sandy is an exceptionally friendly and informative host. There is a lovely park close by and good transport connections to central London. I spent four very comfortable nights here. Even in very hot weather sleeping wasn't a problem. The Snug is very compact and may not suit taller people.

I had 6 solo days here, a cosy studio arrangement, very comfortable with everything that you would need. A very quiet location, probably more suited to car drivers. The hostess is responsive and helpful if you have any questions. I would stay again.

Had a 21st birthday party and didn't want to stay in a hotel. The location was perfect, the room is perfectly adequate for a short stay. Fitted kitchen with tea, coffee and milk in the fridge. There was also bread in the freezer and butter and jam if you wanted it and cereals. Bathroom had everything you need with a good powerful and easy to use shower. The towels were fresh and clean.

Miyoung's flat was perfect - comfortable bed, great shower, cooking facilities, and I had everything I needed. It's super clean, and perfect for visiting New Malden: I'll definitely be back. The only downside was an unpleasant smell, that didn't improve with airing or the (very lovely) air freshener provided. But there was work being done at a house a little further along, so perhaps it came from there. I didn't meet Miyoung, but she responded almost immediately to messages, and her directions (complete with photos) were really clear and helpful. Thank you! I'll definitely book again!

Stephen and Stefanie were great hosts. Very accommodating and communicative throughout our stay. We have two young children and there was a wonderful playroom to keep them occupied. Amenities were easy to use and clean. Would definitely come back!

Gina’s place was the perfect stop off for us to attend a family event. It was clean and tidy, great facilities and the bed was comfy. It was easy to find and check-in, and dog friendly which was perfect for us.

Dana and Benjamin are the best people in the world. We spent a lot of time with them and every day they helped us with everything we asked for. We didn't miss anything if you want to feel calm and welcoming during your stay , do not hesitate and rent the property This is the most wonderful place to stay, I recommend it with 10 stars!!!

What an absolutely lovely flat in the Hackney Borough! It is the basement unit in the house, but it is spacious & well lit with natural light in all the rooms. The shower is great & has plenty of hot water. The kitchen is well appointed & Yvonne has thought of pretty much everything you will need. She is a warm & welcoming host. It's steps from Clissold Park, a charming park with ponds, football fields, runners, families, & locals of all sorts. The location is also about a 5 minute walk to Church Street, which is loaded with cafés, restaurants, pubs, bakeries, & many charming shops. There are 3 Underground/Overground stops (Manor House, Finsbury Park, & Canonbury) about a 15 to 25 min walk away, which isn't close, but I enjoyed the walks on many days. That said, there are many bus lines extremely close & they go everywhere. It is definitely well located. If you want to stay in a real London neighborhood with homes & families, you will be hard pressed to find a nicer place.

This studio was exactly what I needed!! It's very clean and the area is lovely. Nadia is kind and thoughtful. She offered plenty of transit suggestions and tourist recommendations which helped me commute to and from central London with ease. I'll definitely stay here again!

Had another really enjoyable stay at Ratna's little gem of a place. The annexe is close to all the amenities you'd want ( no more than a couple of minutes walk to local shops, cafes and transport links ) and equipped with a full kitchen if you need it. And as a bonus Ratna is a super responsive, friendly and most helpful host - makes you feel very welcome!

Had an amazing stay, it was only for one night but the bnb is just so cozy & my partner absolutely loved it too. Would definitely stay again if I’m in the area. Cloé was also very responsive and helpful! Made everything a lot easier.

A lovely stay in a lovely annex.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Chislehurst at this accommodation. The accommodation had everything that I needed and the hosts were warm and friendly. As a native Brit that has lived abroad for almost 15 years, the accommodation, and the surrounding area, provided me with the perfect little slice of home that I had desired. I would certainly recommend this accommodation to friends or family members.

Comfortable and clean studio, plush bed, equipped kitchen. Bathroom a little small but sufficient. Excellent wifi and connected TV. Studio a little noisy because we could easily hear the neighbors. Location a little far from the center but easily accessible with Redbridge station only 3min walk away. Abul is a responsive host thank you to him for this stay in the capital.
