We are a 64 year old couple and stayed in the room 5 nights. Our stay was very good as the place, although small, is convenient and very clean and warm. The bathroom is also very convenient. The neighborhood is extremely beautiful, quiet and with everything one might need. But it's mostly 8-10' from Victoria Station, where you can go anywhere. Considering that it has no elevator and the staircase is narrow for very large suitcases. It also doesn't have a refrigerator, maybe necessary in the summer. Anyway for us it was great for the money we gave, Harisson very friendly and helpful so we will choose him again if we come to London again

Had a wonderful time at the Chase Lodge Hotel. It’s perfectly located a few minutes away from the town centre, parks and public transport. We had a smooth, contact-free check-in upon arrival. The room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. We instantly felt comfortable and cosy as soon as we entered! Denise is an incredible host and was very helpful. She even allowed me to stay in the breakfast/dining room after check-out which I really appreciated. I highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again. Thank you, Denise! x

Luxury Double Room at a 4* Boutique Hotel

Excellent breakfast! Had specialty coffee made to order, pastries, toast, tea, eggs, cheese and meats. Loved the yogurt with granola and friendly staff. Room was quite nice, and I appreciated the AC. Wi-Fi worked flawlessly. Check in and out was as easy as could be. It was comforting that they had a host at the front desk 24/7. Room was quite clean. The on-suite bathroom was excellent, large and included a hair dryer and basic shampoos etc. Bed was comfortable, and the TV and everything functioned as expected.

The hotel exterior features a prominent entrance with the name 'HUX' displayed. Above, the British flag is flown, surrounded by decorative greenery along the building's upper levels. The architecture reflects traditional red brick, characteristic of the Kensington area.

Thoroughly recommend the Hux. Room was clean and comfortable albeit very noisy. Excellent location and value for money. We were even offered a free drink! The bar was excellent. We had two Old Fashioned cocktails which were expertly made. Thank you for a great stay. Only negative was lack of communication from Scott. Don’t expect him to reply to any messages!

The Lux was an amazing stay for us in London, specifically Kensington. The location was great, the room was soundproof, immaculately, clean and comfortable. The bar and restaurant downstairs were excellent, animal-themed and the service was phenomenal. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others!

Firstly, I’d like to give a big thanks to all the staff that looked after myself and my mother upon our stay. From helping us with our bags to our room, to looking after us and making sure we had whatever we needed when we needed it, as well as going above and beyond at all times for us irrespective of the time that we called upon their services. I truly believe this is the best Apartment Hotel in Croydon and I highly recommend you to stay here, if your coming here on travels or any other reason. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future and telling, friends and family about this place, for sure🙏🏾

Very nice hotel, definitely good value for money. I booked at the beginning of January for a 1 night stay at the end of January. Upon booking I messaged the air b&b host, I didn’t hear anything back so I messaged a few days prior to the booking date. Unfortunately no response. However, the hotel check-in staff were very helpful and even gave me the hotel direct messaging service so they can let me know when my room was ready. Hotel check in was 24hrs which was very helpful. Check out was super easy. I understand this is a hotel so therefore it’s a bit more complicated for the host to manage bookings/messages. Less than a 5 minute walk from Paddington station. Thank you. Highly recommend the stay.

The houseboat is absolutely beautiful and very luxurious. Amazing accommodation and we loved staying onboard. The only issue we had is we booked the boat for four of us, this is a slightly different price than for booking for two (we checked afterwards to see if it was and it was) when we confirmed there were four of us coming, as asked to in the welcome pack, we were told there was a £25 surcharge to be made for the extra two people payable directly to the owner. We did point out this wasn’t clear on the information, they said it was because Airbnb wouldn’t allow them to charge different amounts for extra people - although it turns out they do. We really need the accommodation for the night so decided we couldn’t afford to argue it. Just want others to be aware that this is the case.

Every person at this b&b / hotel is wonderful. from even before I checked in, till the time I was picking up my luggage from the lobby after I had checked out, everyone truly had a smile on their face from the joy that got helping clients. the location could not be better the staff were amazing. A fantastic location, just off the Marylebone High Street. Very clean, stylish, warm and comfortable. My only disappointment was we were not told about the 6 flights of stairs to get to our room at the top and it did slightly impact our stay, when going up and down in party heels or we forgot something. Everything else was great though and we would stay again but would probably ask for a room on a lower floor.

The Captain Cook is a great pub and the rooms are very clean, large and comfortable. Offers excellent value for money in an excellent location. We felt very welcomed by the team who allowed us to check in early which was really helpful as we were attending a wedding nearby. We slept very well and would love to rerun one day!

Lovely boutique hotel, close to tube & great pubs & little restaurants. The rooms were cosy and cool I liked the green aspect of the choice of not cleaning the room daily. The service was very very good. Gohar & Inna were particularly helpful & sweet!

This place was lovely. We spent a lot of time in the pub at night. The food was delicious and the staff friendly. It was a great home away from home. This location was a bit further from downtown London and then I had anticipated. The traffic took about an hour to get into downtown at certain times. The location is quite lovely and wonderful but if you’re planning to do any tourist attractions in London consider the commute time.

The room at Mitsuo’s was exactly what was advertised. We were comfortable and had everything we needed! It was a very nice stay, if we were in the area again we’d be happy to stay again.

Lamington apartments are located in a nice area with access to district, Piccadilly and Hammersmith & city line. You can also take a bus from Goldhawk road which is only 6 mins walk away. Lots of good restaurants near by as well. The apartment is moderately sized. Only cons were two floors walk up and a very tiny bathroom. I must mention that they helped bringing the luggage upstairs and allowed early check-in as well. We enjoyed our stay here.
