Monthly Rentals in Lökholmen

An amazing overnight stay in this beautiful, cosy cabin. The views were stunning. Bertil welcomed us warmly and was a fantastic host. We wish we could have stayed longer.

We spent three beautiful days in the fall in Stensvik, the distance to Strömstad and Halden is pleasant. The settlement is brand new, in the valley dozens of new huts of a campsite are being built. Everything very modern and high-quality. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the fjord, from the inside of course less. The apartment is well furnished, actually everything you need for a short stay, washer/dryer and all appliances brand new. A hair dryer would have been nice. Unfortunately, the previous tenants had apparently not cleaned properly, so we cleaned first. But in principle everything is super neat and functional. The bed is very soft but that's a matter of taste for sure. We thought it was good that there is no TV, which always distracts immediately. Plus, there's really fast and stable wifi that's good for streaming. Nice starting point for things to do in Bohus Län and Østfold.

I was very comfortable in Anders and Camilla's studio. The studio has everything you need to feel right at home. Both Camilla and Anders have been vigilant at all times and asked if I needed anything. Everything is great in the apartment. I would definitely repeat!!!

A warm and welcoming place as were the hosts who were extremely kind. The city of Halden is sublime and the scenery is beautiful. If you pass this corner stop here, it's worth a visit. Thanks again to our host for hosting us and for his kindness looking forward to coming back ☺️☺️☺️
