Monthly Rentals in Logan

This was the perfect place to stay for a quick overnight during our drive from California to Little Rock. Beds were super comfortable and the unit was very clean. We did have an issue with the sink draining in our room and a bit of a strange smell, but we were there for such a small amount of time this didn't cause us any issues. Had we stayed longer I am certain James would have promptly repaired these issues.

We had so much fun at Art City. During the day it is super cool but Art City comes to life at night with the artwork illuminated!! The outdoor kitchen was amazing and a perfect place to cook and hang out after an 8 hour drive. Beds were super comfy. Matty has an amazing vision for Art City and Tucumcari. It’s just going to get bigger and better!!

We needed a clean warm place to stay with a full kitchen, washer/dryer and 3 bedrooms. This place ticked all those boxes after a long day on the road. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the neighbors who had trash piled up around their place (not the host's fault). It is a little rural and probably more suited for a hunting party as we passed about 20 wild turkeys on our way out the next morning!

Great place to stay. Back porch was wonderful—2 grills, griddle, bar with sink and fridge, and yard games.
