We needed a clean warm place to stay with a full kitchen, washer/dryer and 3 bedrooms. This place ticked all those boxes after a long day on the road. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the neighbors who had trash piled up around their place (not the host's fault). It is a little rural and probably more suited for a hunting party as we passed about 20 wild turkeys on our way out the next morning!

We stayed at Art City, passing through from Colorado to Texas. We rented out 4 of the accommodations Matty has on the property, for 2 families so a total of 10 people. We all slept very well and enjoyed the sauna and hot tub, after an 8 hour car ride. Matty and his property manager were helpful and showed us around. We loved the outdoor kitchen and the fire pit!! Looking forward to going back to see what Matty will create next at Art City!

We had so much fun at Art City. During the day it is super cool but Art City comes to life at night with the artwork illuminated!! The outdoor kitchen was amazing and a perfect place to cook and hang out after an 8 hour drive. Beds were super comfy. Matty has an amazing vision for Art City and Tucumcari. It’s just going to get bigger and better!!

Art City is a wonderful experience! Staying overnight gives you the full experience of seeing the art with the lights and experiencing the property through the different times of day. We had such a great time walking around and exploring. It is clear that this is a project of someone with a vision and passion. Our bed was comfortable. There was a space heater and an air conditioner so that the trailer could be comfortable in different types of weather. The groundskeeper introduced us to the communal kitchen as well as the sauna/hot tub but we didn't stay long enough the use...hopefully, next time!
