Carol and Alex were such lovely hosts! The bothy was ready and warm by the time we arrived. Friendly from the get go and advised us on good places to go for food etc. The decor is stunning and everything works as it should. Thank you so much for having us, see you next time!

Kathryns place is brilliant... the cottage is spotless and well laid out... it has everything you could need and more... Kathryn is a fantastic host who is friendly and responsive... The surrounding areas are to die for... the beaches are the best in the world and the cottage is situated basically a 5min drive from them... Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to anyone.

I was a single guest who stayed for 4 nights. Ruth's apartment was wonderful and had everything I needed for my stay! I wouldn't call it walkable down to Ullapool, but is very easily drivable. There was plenty of storage, huge and fluffy towels, and ample room to get ready for a day of exploring. The bathroom is quite small, but that is standard in Scotland. Ruth was a wonderful host and greeted me when I arrived and was always responsive! Overall I would absolutely stay again with Ruth if I were to be in Ullapool again!

Loved the location, area quiet, just minutes From shops, and also from beautiful beach with Orkney in the distance. Would gladly stay here again and very much recommend it.
