Vacation rentals with a beach view in Lo de Marcos

Overall, the Villa was fantastic. The Check in was simple and it worked well for our family vacation. Great, Location and a stone's throw from the town square. We were unable to use the downstairs studio room due to a gas smell when we arrived. The groundskeeper was a bit pointed in stating that it didn't smell, despite our whole family confirming, but we did not enter the space after that to avoid risking it. Either way, I would recommend this location for future use as it is a beautiful property.

We absolutely loved our stay at this villa - it truly felt like a luxury resort! We stayed here for my bachelorette and it was the perfect space for 8 of us. We took advantage of the opportunity to hire the car service, the chef, the masseuse, and the daily cleaning service was beyond helpful and really elevated our experience. The rooms were not only aesthetically beautiful but contained everything we needed as well. Walking distance to town but still peaceful + able to hear the ocean from the pool and balconies... what more could you ask for? Patrizio & Mark, as well as the property manager Ernesto, were extremely responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. I was told multiple times that this was the best Airbnb any of the girls had ever stayed at. We had an amazing trip to Sayulita and in large part that was due to the villa. Highly recommend and hope to visit again in the future.

Absolutely stunning home! It was so beautiful and in a wonderful part of Sayulita. The only thing to note is it’s not in the quietest part of town so you do get some noise at night. It’s very close to the main area of downtown. The master bedroom only has a duvet cover and no duvet inside but the housekeeper probably didn’t know how to use it. They also do not appear to change the sheets every 3 days as advertised. Loved the private pool with ocean views!

We just got back from a week stay in Roberto’s beautiful home. It was two families - 3 children (ages 5, 7, 7) and 4 adults and we were so comfortable. The house is beautiful, the views incredible, the beds and linens so comfy, everything was so clean and just as described. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed their time in the pool and the hot tub and the adults enjoyed relaxing with the incredible view of the ocean and the town. We rented Roberto‘s Ranger for the week and another golf cart and were very glad we had these. Town is pretty close (about a 15-ish minute walk to the center…not a bad thing considering how crowded and noisy it is at night) but the driveway is steep and the ranger made navigating it easier. We took surfing lessons and went whale watching, but more than anything enjoyed long days on the beach watching surfers, while the kids played in the sand and surf. This week in Sayulita was a perfect reset to start 2024 and this house was the perfect jumping off point.

The place is stunning. The beach allows easy surfing/body boarding, but you can also go hang in the swells with toddlers. The pools are clean and calm. The whole place is tranquil past ~9 p.m. The on-site staff is extremely friendly and helpful. It is properly cleaned every day, and if you have any issues, just ask. Bring Binoculars to see the whales right out your window! The meals made by Chef Rosario were phenomenal. They will run and get whatever is needed for groceries during the week including requests. The breakfast and "Lunch" (Happens at 3 pm ish) are enough food for leftovers for dinner/ evening snacks.

We stayed in the 2 bed unit. The property is more a work of art. It is on several levels up and up on the side of a steep hill with lovely views. One whole side including both bedrooms, living area was glass doors open all the time with a lovely breeze and no bugs. I kid you not. I don’t know where they are but not at Susan’s place. Made of stone, grass, clay, stick. The house fit into the hill snugly with many levels of decks and dipping pool and gardens and water features. It is full of charm with enough modern convenience to be comfortable. If you can’t manage stairs, require strong water pressure, need a dishwasher, this is not for you. The trek up and down the hill was too much for me to manage but my son and DIL did it once or twice. I’m glad I didn’t rent a car because parking is tight and the hill is steep. The TV was unreliable but internet was steady. Susan is a terrific hostess. She was responsive and friendly. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Sarah and Karina were fantastic. Sarah got ahold of us and rebooked us a different location (The Park) due to maintainence at our original choice and it was great!! Sarah was very helpful throughout the process and it is much appreciated. Once rebooked at The Park Karina was very helpful. She made arrangements for our arrival and departure times and was helpful our entire stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would definitely stay there again.

Great spot! It was so quiet, the beds were really comfy, and you could hear the surf at night. Everything was beautiful and clean. Recommend 100%!

We loved this place. Located a little away from the loud bustle but still close to the center. The sound of the ocean waves across the street washed away all our pre-vacation stress. The space was private, clean, well appointed, safe, quiet, and stylish. The only little bit odd thing is no door on the bathroom for more privacy. Would definitely recommend and return here.

Was our first visit to PV and the experience was wonderful, having great people like Patrick and Angel guide us, was very helpful. Thank you Patrick for letting us stay at Casa Luz, it was a very cozy place with a beautiful view, I was a little disappointed with the 10 min walk to the beach, but we made the best of it, being at the Malecon made it worth it. We were able to visit many restaurants, sightseeing, and visit the night life.. We were also able to enjoy Casa Luz and relax after a long day. Thank you, Patrick, overall, it was great stay, and we are looking forward to our next visit.

Fantastic! This is one of those places that makes you worry that it can't possibly be as good as the photos. But ends up being even better. The view is amazing, and being able to open up the sliding windows to create an indoor/outdoor living space was so nice. The place is extremely well-appointed with everything you need (although we did look for binoculars! that was hardly a necessity!) Cesar and Kyra were kind and responsive, as was everyone we came in contact with at the condo building during our stay.

Great apartment with beautiful rooftop! Highly recommend this apartment. Great finished and beautiful space. We would definitely come back!

Pictures don't do this Penthouse justice. It's absolutely incredible! The Views are outstanding. No need for a sunset cruise, you can sit on the top deck or lower deck and get the best sunset you've ever seen. The private pool was bigger as well. Most are just tiny lap pools. Not this one. Everything you need to make your stay comfortable is readily available. It's very spacious and well equipped. The beach is right out in front of the condo building with multiple spots to hang out. Town is super close. You can uber within minutes of whatever you want to do. Pablo was awesome to deal with. I texted him a few days before our arrival and everything we wanted was in the condo ready to go. Groceries, refreshments, you name it, and Pablo will have it ready for your arrival. He also set up transportation to and from airport and a fishing trip for the guys. The owner Clive even checked in on us a couple times to make sure everything was great. I would book again for sure!!!

Jorge’s condo is always amazing. We absolutely lovely every time. It’s so clean and open. The views are amazing and the beds are super comfortable. Perfection all around! Thank you Jorge!

Great place and stay! Overall 5 stars. Only critique I have is that the internet was frequently spotty and was great for remote working.

We had a *fantastic* stay at Casa Kimberly Dawn! The condo is very clean and stylish and has everything one might need for an extended stay. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bed is extremely comfortable. Starting the day sipping coffee on the wrap-around patio and taking in the morning view of Banderas Bay was fantastic. This is an amazing apartment and we hope to stay here again when we're back in PV.

The condo at Pier 57 exceeded our expectations. The apartment was immaculately clean and well-stocked with all that you’d need for a vacation including soaps, towels, dishes and coffee! The location is spectacular. Located about a 2 minute walk to the beach and a few minutes to excellent restaurants, you feel like you’re in an oasis inside the building. The rooftop pool and bar were perfect for afternoon and sunsets. I’d not hesitate to stay here again and would recommend it to any travelers to PV. Thank you for a smooth arrival and check out process, as well. Communication was easy and plentiful.
