Excellent accommodation!! I loved that the facilities were always super clean. They took great care of that type of details and anything you needed was always ready to solve me, the location in this property is more exclusive, the pool has good space and depth and what I really liked was that you enter and leave the hour you like without any problem with the host gives you your space and respects your fun. highly recommended I will come back a thousand times !!!!👌🏽😊

We booked our honeymoon week at Casa Los Arcos and so glad we did! The staff was friendly and always responsive. They gladly helped us with booking taxis, etc. The location was ideal - on the quieter, south end of the beach but just a quick walk to all the fun. Highly recommend renting a golf cart to get around. Sayulita and casa los arcos holds a special place in our hearts. Thank you !!

My family and I spent 10 days at Las Palmas 5 and we still cannot stop raving about it. The house was beautiful and worked particularly well for a family with grown children - each bedroom is off a central private courtyard and has its own bathroom, so there was tons of privacy for each group. Beds, pillows, etc. were very comfortable. There were tons of bath and beach towels. The kitchen was well-stocked with plates/glasses/cookware/etc. but I would recommend bringing/buying your own spices, olive oil, etc. What really made the trip so amazing and special was Pedro, our concierge from Vallarta Rentals, and our housekeepers, Guadeloupe and Isabella. Pedro was so organized and on top of everything, he handled booking our COVID tests, getting our groceries, airport transfer, travel around, reservations, even tracking down an amazing chocolate cake for a family member that was celebrating a birthday. Guadeloupe and Isabella made absolutely DELICIOUS food and were so friendly and kind. We largely picked lunches for them to prepare, and each morning, they put out cut fruit, yogurt, granola and coffee for us to snack on. They were even kind enough to host a little cooking class for our family to share several of the recipes we loved (shrimp marietas, fresh tortillas, etc.). We primarily used Google Translate to communicate with the two of them. And Isabella made sure the house was spotless each day, and it was so nice to not have to handle laundry, cleaning, cooking, dishes, etc. Punta Mita was lovely! Very safe and clean. We loved the El Surf Club (great swimming beach, delicious food, great drinks) and the SUFI Beach Club (more quiet, no beach, just a pool). We popped into the little town on a regular basis, there is a little grocery store for any groceries you might need to fill in, as well as a number of beautiful boutiques with great local made items (although most are $$$). Due to COVID, the St Regis and Four Seasons properties were closed to visitors but we didn't notice the absence - there was plenty to do otherwise.

An enjoyable stay despite ongoing issues with the hot water. Manuel was always responsive and tried to resolve the issue in a timely manner. The beach in front of the house is much busier than last year but still a good location for getting into town. Thank you for another fun holiday.

Our absolute favourite place on our Sayulita discovery! On a hill surrounded by trees and mountain views, we were not really bothered by the construction (happening all around town anyway). The inside out the apartment has everything we needed and they even provided toys and equipment for our toddler! Would love to visit again, thanks so much for hosting us!

Great visit and felt very peaceful and uncomfortable…beautiful lighting and interior design! Everything was clean and looks like the photos. Feels very safe too. It’s only a few minute walk down to the water and downtown area, so it’s more quiet at night time and we didn’t mind walking.

This is our third time staying at Casa Tranquila in San Pancho. It never disappoints. We stayed in Casa Lolita bungalow for first time and didn’t want to leave. We loved our past stays and this stay was so wonderful as we brought some friends! Our host Rafael is always so kind and responsive ! We experienced a sea turtle release and always enjoy walking to town each day and night. The beach club next door is wonderful ! Grilled Octopus tacos were amazing ! We always love returning to San Pancho…beautiful town, beautiful people! Stars and moon at night were incredible. Can’t wait to return next year!

Great stay. The bed was comfy and the air conditioning worked well when we needed. The windows opened when we didn't.
